Talent Tracker: Prose on Pixels, The Ingenuity Group, Exverus by Brainlabs and more

Prose on Pixels (POP), Havas’ AI-powered content-at-scale network, has appointed Jamie Leibowitz as Executive Vice President of Global Operations. The announcement reflects POP’s continued momentum and underscores its drive to deliver a seamlessly integrated global service. With over 15 years of experience and a career that spans global leadership roles at Tag, Oliver, and Google, Leibowitz brings a strong background in scaling global delivery models, building high-performing teams, and using technology and automation to drive efficiency and unlock creative excellence – all grounded in a data-led, people-first approach to operational transformation. His expertise will be critical as POP evolves into one of the most agile and future-focused production businesses in the industry. Based in London, Leibowitz will continue driving the global alignment of POP’s studio network, ensuring consistency as the business rolls out its proprietary tech transformation. He will also oversee operational strategy, efficiency, and scalability across the company – aligning production, logistics, and client services with POP’s strategic goals and the creative ambitions of clients. 

The Ingenuity Group has appointed Grace Easter into the newly created role of Commercial Director for its northern division. Reporting into Nick Gallimore, Group Managing Director, and based out of the group’s Manchester office, Easter will lead the commercial strategy and drive growth in the North of England – specifically building on the success of Future Factory Manchester. She will be supercharging the Group’s outsourced business development and PR offering for agencies, whilst also growing out the Ingenuity+ offering, helping brands find the perfect agency partners in the North. With previous roles at the likes of Jaywing, where she worked as Partnership Director, she was also Head of Projects at Blacks Visual and held Commercial Director roles in both London and New York at Harlequin Design. Easter brings with her a wealth of experience working with leading brands, including Yorkshire Tea, Merrell, Apple., John Lewis, Michael Kors, Dior, Stella McCartney, Adidas, Lacoste, and Alexander Wang.

Exverus by Brainlabs has hired Josh Edelman to our newly created role of VP of Analytics as we develop more proprietary measurement offerings in partnership with Brainlabs. These kinds of in-house, whole-picture capabilities are becoming more in-demand from clients. Edelman brings deep expertise in building custom analytics models for media agencies and working with Keen Decision Systems and other marketing mix modeling (MMM) tools. 

Patchworks, the UK-based integration platform powering composable commerce for high-growth brands, has announced 36% year-on-year recurring revenue growth with continued international momentum. This comes at the same time as the appointment of Jonathan Rodgers as VP of Partnerships for North America. Rodgers will lead Patchworks’ partnerships strategy across North America, bringing more than 15 years’ experience in SaaS, commerce and enterprise technology, including BigCommerce. His remit includes building and strengthening relationships with agencies, tech partners, and platforms to drive revenue and deliver value to merchants.

ThoughtSpot, the Agentic Analytics Platform company, has appointed Scott Parsons as Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas. Parsons will lead ThoughtSpot’s sales strategy and operations across the region, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s footprint as more organizations seek to leverage the power of AI and cloud data. Parsons brings over two decades of experience as a strategic, data-driven go-to-market leader with a proven track record of scaling SaaS sales organizations to ThoughtSpot. His expertise spans complex environments across ERP, human capital management (HCM), and analytics platforms.
