Maximillian Adagio who worked at The Goat Agency for five years pre and post its WPP acquisition has joined social media marketing agency Pulse Advertising to develop its US client base. Pulse has had a presence in the US since 2015. Pulse has a team of 125+ experts across 11 offices worldwide, working as one global unit to provide client support on both global and local levels. Clients include Apple, BlackRock, and Nestlé.
We Are Collider is hiring Josh Denton for the newly created role of Associate Creative Director. He starts in early November and will be reporting into We Are Collider’s CD, Tash Blevins. He’ll work across all the agency’s B2C clients, including Amazon Gaming, E1, John Lewis, Red Bull, Riot Games, Sharp and Waitrose. Denton joins from Havas Play where he worked on the award-winning EE Gameday project across multiple seasons. Before that, he worked at The Brooklyn Brothers.
Datactics has appointed data visionary Matt Flenley as Head of Product & Marketing to lead the company’s vision to support major banks, police forces and public sector bodies in delivering data readiness. In the role, Flenley will head up Datactics’ product vision, delivering roadmaps across the company’s core strengths of data quality, data matching and automation, to support customers in the crowded data and AI marketplace. He previously spent eight years across the marketing function at Datactics, most recently as Head of Marketing, following a 10-year spell at the Bank of Ireland.

TripleLift has promoted Rob Ishag has been promoted to UK Country Manager within the International Sales organisation, effective immediately. Ishag joined Triplelift in 2022 to lead the regional expansion across Northern Europe, building on a successful 15-year career in the advertising industry. His experience includes agency roles at Starcom and OMD Australia, followed by sales positions focused on inventory and omni-channel broadcasting at Teads and Little Dot Studios. In his newly expanded capacity, he will be responsible for the continued development and growth of TripleLift’s UK-based demand and supply channels, encompassing direct deals and the open exchange. Ishag will also provide interim support to the APAC region.
Trojan Group has announced the appointment of Jack Tomson as Chief Growth Officer; a newly created role designed to accelerate the company’s European growth and deepen partnerships across the FMCG landscape. Reporting directly to the executive team, Tomson will lead integrated growth initiatives across marketplaces, D2C platforms, and emerging retail channels, building on Trojan’s track record of partnering with some of the UK’s best-known brands, including Hotel Chocolat, Finish, and Durex. He joins Trojan with a proven track record spanning Lindt & Sprüngli, Rémy Cointreau, Johnson & Johnson, Danone, and Newell Brands.
Brave Bison has made two senior hires into its Performance division, with Stephen Holtsnider joining as Business Director and Stephanie Bartlett as Director of Performance Marketing. Holtsnider will lead client partnerships for New Balance and drive new business across the region, helping to strengthen the agency’s performance offering in North America as demand continues to grow. He brings over a decade of experience across paid media and digital transformation, joining Brave Bison from Acronym Media, where he served as Director of Search. Bartlett joins Brave Bison following a successful tenure leading global paid social strategy across multiple travel and retail brands. She will be focused on driving new business and supporting client growth alongside Stephen as Brave Bison continues to expand its North American operations.
404 Innovation Studio, part of Galeria Holding, has appointed Arthur Lobão as Creative Director, joining Thayssa Szymanskyj and the creative duo Carlos Yanke and Michelle Gorodski, collectively known as “Carchelle.” Lobão joins 404 Innovation Studio following the integration of part of EST.31, the creative studio he founded in 2024, into the 404 Innovation Studio ecosystem. Under his leadership, EST.31 introduced a unique equity-based business model and methodology tailored specifically for startups, offering a fresh perspective to the creative industry. The studio has partnered with more than 10 startups worldwide and was named “New Studio of the Year” at the Latin American Design Awards 2025.
