SuperHeroes has announced the hire of Anirudh Shiva as Creative Director, returning to the agency after four years. Shiva will lead the agency’s creative output, primarily to make Superheroes’ clients stand out in an age of lower attention spans, fragmented media landscapes and AI-driven change. He will also be responsible for building the creative team and attracting top talent. He originally departed SuperHeroes in 2021 and has since worked for Boomerang and Gospooky as Creative Lead. His return to SuperHeroes marks a promotion to CD and a new challenge of running a large creative team in multiple territories.

Addressable advertising tech provider Synamedia is expanding its Iris team with the addition of two ad-tech big hitters: Chris Le May joins as Director of Advanced Advertising, with 25 years’ experience in TV and digital media including leadership roles at DataXu and the European Broadcaster Exchange (EBX), a broadcaster-led joint venture. He has worked closely with Sky, BBC, RTL, and Channel 4, driving innovation in addressable TV, cross-platform monetisation, and advanced advertising strategies across Europe. Henry Rivero, meanwhile, joins as Business Development lead, Advanced Advertising. Rivero brings the broadcaster’s perspective from his time as VP of Advanced Advertising & Innovation at RTL Group, where he managed technology and product roadmaps across broadcast, digital, and social advertising, as well as leading the teams responsible for data and programmatic.
Leagas Delaney London has hired Chris Chapman as its new Head of Design following a string of new business wins. Chapman joins Leagas Delaney from AMV BBDO, where he spent ten years leading its integrated design offering. Prior to AMV, Chapman spent two years as Head of Design at Saatchi & Saatchi and four years as Head of Design/Art at BMB. Before AMV, Chapman spent 10 years at BBH. Whilst there, he worked across iconic brands including Levi’s, Audi and British Airways winning awards at D&AD, Campaign BIG, Creative Circle and Cannes Lions.
E-commerce agency Quickfire Digital has announced a series of new appointments and people moves, notably Paul Woolley as its new Chair, marking a significant step in the agency’s ongoing growth plans. Woolley began working with the agency pre-Covid and in 2019 was appointed as a non-exec director, bringing more than 30 years of experience in marketing communications. This includes 25 years in senior leadership at global marketing group Omnicom, where he built and led high-performing businesses across Europe and Asia, developing deep expertise in scaling operations, driving commercial performance and navigating complex international markets. Alongside the new Chair, Jordan Philip has also been appointed as Head of Growth.

She has led global teams of engineers, architects and analysts across the UK, India, USA, Australia and Brazil, delivering large-scale data platforms, AI models, and advanced analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. A recognised advocate for diversity and inclusion, Bhagya is also dedicated to helping underrepresented talent build careers in data and technology. Bhagya will lead development of the Reward’s data engineering capabilities – strengthening the infrastructures that power its products and ensuring data is transformed into scalable, actionable insights for brands across the globe.
