Talent Tracker: Veridooh, Impact, Impression and more

Independent out-of-home (OOH) verification company Veridooh has appointed key senior leaders to its London-based team.  Jon Kemp joins Veridooh as Agency and Client Partnership Director, while Georgia Rousselot joins as Senior Account Manager. Kemp most recently held the position of Head of National OOH Agency Sales at Alight Media, while Rousselot was a Client Account Manager at Talon.

Commerce partnership marketing platform impact.com has appointed Anthony Clements as UK Country Manager. In his new role, Clements will be responsible for leading impact.com’s operations in the UK where the company has seen exceptional growth in partnerships and the creator economy. He will help both with existing customers, such as TUI, Uber and Skyscanner, as well as new customers to scale customer acquisition and revenues. 

Performance marketing agency Impression has announced the appointment of Hannah Craig as its first Head of PR and Social.  Craig brings more than a decade’s experience across integrated PR, influencer engagement and social strategies. In her new role, Craig will be responsible for supercharging Impression’s existing PR capabilities by grouping PR, social and influencer under one roof, ensuring that the disciplines work together rather than in silo. She will work with a range of B2B and B2C client partners including Dino Decking, Queensmith, Gentian, Get Laid Beds and The Cornish Company. 

Algomarketing, a global provider of AI-fluent marketing talent, has appointed Graeme Hubert to its board of directors, adding more than 25 years of experience founding, scaling, and exiting high-impact workforce businesses across global markets to the company. Throughout his career, Hubert has launched and led multiple award-winning staffing companies. He now supports high-growth staffing and technology firms as a non-executive director, chair, and strategic advisor, guiding teams to scale revenue, build resilient infrastructure, and grow enterprise value.

Taboola (Nasdaq: TBLA), a global leader in delivering performance at scale for advertisers, has appointed Chris Blight as UK Advertising Sales Director. Blight brings over 15 years’ experience working in commercial and business development roles, including positions at advertising technology providers AdColony and Anzu.io. Most recently, he served as Director of Agency and Brand Demand at the mobile advertising exchange BidMachine. In his new role, Blight will be responsible for strategically driving sales of Realize and growing Taboola’s advertiser client base.  

Digital agency Bolser has announced a new leadership structure to spearhead its next phase of growth. Founder and CEO Ashley Bolser will continue to guide the agency’s vision with a specific focus on AI. He will be supported by newly promoted Managing Director, Dominic Howe, who steps up from his current role as Client Services Director after 22 years with the agency. Jen Driver joins as the new Client Services Director from Leeds agency Zeal where she held the same position.

Social-first creative and creator agency NewGen is pleased to announce the appointment of Dana Pirkle as the new Talent Director, effective immediately, with her strategic base at NewGen’s London headquarters. With over a decade of experience across talent management and the creator economy, Pirkle has previously held leadership roles at some of the industry’s most influential organisations, including CAA, 3BLACKDOT, Viewture, and Machinima. In this new role, he will oversee the growth of the company’s creator division, guiding and leading its overall strategy and talent initiatives. 

International social media agency Pulse Advertising is expanding its leadership team: Gün Aydemir has taken on the role of Executive Creative Director. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of creativity, entertainment, and digital communication, and having worked on award-winning campaigns in Automotive, Retail, Sports, Tech and FMCG, he will play a pivotal role in strengthening the agency’s creative direction and is globally responsible for all creative output for Pulse Advertising clients.  

Event production agency Experience has appointed Theo Rhodes as Lead Creative. With experience across digital, motion, social, branding and experiential design, Rhodes will bring fresh creative vision to strengthen the agency’s creative leadership and offering. In his new role, he will lead creative direction across Experience’s portfolio, working on accounts including Allbirds, Electrical Safety First, Clarion and Hearst. He will help maintain the high-quality work the agency is known for while expanding into new client sectors and building the creative team. 

B2B marketing and PR agency The Think Tank has appointed Giles Shorthouse as Growth Director, who brings more than two decades of B2B marketing expertise to its leadership team. Shorthouse joins The Think Tank following his tenure at Publicis Pro, (formerly Octopus Group), where he played a key role in the agency’s successful acquisition and rebrand. In his new role, Shorthouse will lead The Think Tank’s business development efforts, leveraging his B2B experience.
