Ad tech firm EXTE has appointed James Hill as its new Chief Commercial Officer. In the role, Hill will spearhead EXTE’s commercial endeavours, driving growth and innovation across key markets.
Bringing more than two decades of ad industry experience to the table, Hill is tasked with leading all European operations outside of Iberia; heading up pan-European and European negotiations with agencies and clients; strategic negotiations across the America and MEA, as well as expansion into new markets; and closely supervising the business’ growth objectives in the UK.

Hill joins EXTE from Teads, where he held various leadership positions over 12 years, including SVP Trading & Partnerships, EMEA. Prior to Teads, he held roles including Commercial Direct at The 7th Chamber and Head of Sales at AD2ONE.
