Publicis Health has announced Annabelle Sandeman as its new Chief Growth Officer in the UK. Reporting director to CEO Victoria Wright, she will be responsible for driving the growth strategy of the practice headquartered in London, incorporating the brands Digitas Health, Langland, and Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness. Sandeman most recently held the role of Global Head of Commercial Strategy at Huntsworth, now Inizio. Since leaving Inizio, she has worked with private equity and agencies on their growth strategies. Sandeman will continue to hold a position on the board of the Healthcare Communications Association.
Mobsta has announced the creation of a new c-suite to drive its next phase of growth. As part of this move, David Graham has been promoted to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer. He joins Matt Longley, now stepping into the role of Chief Executive Officer, Allison Gislason as Chief Financial Officer, and Mike Buckley as Chief Commercial Officer. Graham joined Mobsta as an Account Manager in 2017, working across sales and customer success before overseeing the company’s Head of Customer Success. Prior to Mobsta, he worked in commercial trading at Miroma. Longley, who was previously Mobsta’s Managing Director, has held senior positions at GroupM’s M4C, Carat, and Vizeum. Gislason joined Mobsta as Finance Director three years ago from consulting firm Nathan. Buckley joined Mobsta as Global Sales Director two years ago from Spotify.
Digital agency Perfect Storm has appointed two new members to its team, including one into the newly established position of Head of Creative. Matt Rennie becomes the agency’s first in-house creative lead. He was previously Creative Director for Finn, working with brands including Yorkshire Tea, IPN, and ghd. Rennie will develop the agency’s creative output, working directly with a network of freelancers. Sam Brotherton has also joined as the agency’s third Strategic Client Lead, reporting into Strategy & Effectiveness Director Dan Svikis. Arriving from IMA, he will help to shape digital strategies and lead key client relationships.
Former Ace Metrix CEO Peter Daboll has joined AI-powered “creative effectiveness” agency DAIVID as the company’s new Head of US. Daboll will be responsible for expanding DAIVID’s presence in the US market and supporting the company’s list of clients. He recently served as Chief of Strategy and Insights for iSpot.tv after his company, Ace Metrix, was acquired in late 2020. Prior to that, he held roles at Yahoo! and ComScore.
Zoom has made a series of strategic senior appointments, including Steve Rafferty as Head of EMEA GMT, Jim Butler as Head of Northern Europe, Nadja Risse as Head of DACH & CEE, Christina Daly joined as Head of People Experience EMEA. Arriving from RingCentral, where he was VP International, Rafferty will focus on uniting internal teams, partners, and customers within EMEA. Butler, who joins from his role as Regional Vice President for Western Europe at Palo Alto Networks, is responsible for managing operations, driving sales strategies, and leading business development initiatives across Northern Europe. Risse will drive Zoom’s business operations across the DACH and CEE markets, bringing experience from senior sales leadership roles at Vodafone, BT, and Genesys. Having previously implemented HR strategies at LinkedIn, Daly is responsible for enhancing employee engagement, driving talent development, and creating a workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion.
Performance marketing agency Connective3 has announced the appointment of Dan Seekings as Group Head of Creative. He has 15 years of experience in the creative industry, having previously worked at Leeds-based agencies IMA, Epiphany, Journey Further and, most recently, McCann Leeds. In a newly created role, Seekings will lead the creative offering, working alongside the agency’s creative and data teams to produce cross-channel outputs.
Oliver Murray has joined digital out-of-home/physical retail concept Future Stores as its first Sales Director. He will work with selected partner brands to curate a rotating line-up of brand showcases that change every two to six weeks, first in London and then globally as more stores are rolled out worldwide. Murray was formerly Client Partner Sales Director at JCDecaux and Partnership Director at Darabase.
