Customer data operating system BlueConic has welcomed Geana Barbosa as its new Chief Revenue Officer. With nearly 20 global leadership experience, Barbosa brings a track record of building and scaling teams across different markets, including Latin America and Asia. In her previous role, Barbosa was Regional Director, Latin America and the Caribbean at Hootsuite. She’s also had leadership roles at Asana, LinkedIn, and Euromonitor International.

Enjoy Digital, a digital experience and performance agency, has promoted Andrew Ash to Managing Director. Ash has been part of the business for more than 15 years, most recently as Operations Director, which saw him manage operational efficiency, scalability, and growth. He was one of the business’ first five employees, starting as a Search Engine Marketing Manager.

Ecommerce consultancy PushON has expanded its marketing team, bringing in three senior appointments to enhance its paid media capabilities. The new appointments include Ryan Ip, Connor Martyn, and Daniela Popovici. Ip and Popovici, both Senior PPC Consultants, will be leading on pay-per-click strategy, while Martyn, Paid Social Account Manager, will focus on managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta.

Engin Celikbas has been named as Managing Director EMEA of the ground-breaking Future Stores – the world’s most advanced in-person retail concept which officially launched this week (30 October 2024) on London’s famous Oxford Street. Future Stores is proudly positioning itself as a unique hybrid retail media platform at the intersection of DOOH (digital-out-of-home) media and experiential retail. Renowned for creating the ‘I Amsterdam’ strapline to promote his home city, Celikbas’ appointment will ensure a global profile for the dynamic new concept, ushering in a new era of retail.

Award-winning content studio and digital media network, Little Dot Studios, has announced that its Australian office has promoted Tim Beecroft to Head of Agency Sales, ANZ and appointed Clare Rees as NSW Sales Director, following a period of accelerated growth. Reporting to Chief Revenue Officer, Wayne Davison, Tim Beecroft will be responsible for continuing to grow Little Dot Studios’ media agency footprint in Australia and driving the direct digital advertising sales business across its broad network of premium YouTube Broadcast channels, as well as its owned and operated connected TV services (including on platforms such as Samsung TV Plus, LG and the company-owned app, Veely). Rees comes to Little Dot Studios from Schwartz Media where, as the NSW Sales Manager, she drove revenue across Schwartz’s Print, Digital, eDM and Audio suite of products.

Creative agency, Grey London, has announced two significant hires into its senior team. Monty Verdi joins the business as Group Creative Director – with a remit to continually raise the bar when it comes to executing purposeful and effective campaigns.  Monty is an experienced creative leader, with a history of delivering high-quality work supporting global brand success for the likes of Lexus, Canon and Samsung. Grey London also welcomes Lindsay Macintyre as Head of Growth – bringing with her a proven track record of growing agencies across a broad spectrum of integrated, creative and media. Lindsay will report into Managing Director, Jonny Tennant-Price, working with the wider leadership team to promote Grey London to prospective clients.

bluemarlin, the global brand acceleration agency, has appointed Samantha Dumont as the new Executive Creative Director of its new London HQ. Dumont joins bluemarlin with extensive experience driving brand success across various sectors, with award-winning work in FMCG, beauty and drinks. In her new role, she will focus on extending the agency’s capabilities across consumer goods and corporate clients, particularly in the growing beverage, personal care and energy sectors. Additionally, Dumont will provide immediate leadership to the creative team, fostering a dynamic culture at the new studio in Shoreditch, managing the company’s future growth domestically and internationally. 

ALT, the Glasgow based creative campaigns agency, has installed Tala Cook as its new managing director. Cook joined the agency five years ago, having previously held both agency-side and in-house roles where she specialised in strategic social media planning and digital execution. ALT, who moved into new premises in the heart of Glasgow’s cultural quarter earlier this year, have been expanding rapidly and now boast a team of 20 executing strategic creative campaigns and channel activation for clients that include UEFA, Linn Products, Whyte & Mackay Brand portfolio and the Scottish FA.
