ISBA, a body that represents brand owners advertising in the UK, has appointed Taide Guajardo, Brand Senior Vice President Europe at Procter & Gamble, as Vice President. Guajardo has spent over three decades in marketing at Procter & Gamble, across four different countries – Mexico, Poland, Italy and Switzerland. She leads a team of over 1,300 marketers and partner agencies across 49 countries investing amongst the top advertising spenders in Europe. As Vice President of ISBA, Guajardo will work with fellow Vice President Sarah Mansfield (Unilever) to support ISBA President, Pete Markey (Boots), in leading the ISBA Council.

Customer engagement and commerce media company, Reward, has appointed both David Wightman and Josh Sullivan as Retail Director of Partnerships and Sales. The appointments come as Reward enhances its products and services to retailers, with both Wightman and Sullivan leading their respective teams to drive revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships and expand market share. Wightman, who was formerly COO of GIG Retail, where he led the retail media division of Asda, has over two decades of international experience in senior commercial roles, specialising in global sales, revenue growth and operational leadership. Sullivan, who joined Reward as Head of Business Development in 2022, has been instrumental in forging new retail partnerships with the likes of British Gas, Sainsburys, Boots, Asda, John Lewis, and Sports Direct. Before joining the company, Sullivan honed his expertise in retail media as Sales Director at Skai, an omnichannel marketing platform.
AI-powered customer insights platform, Dovetail, has appointed Srinivas Krishnaumurti as Vice President of Product. Krishnamurti has over 20 years of product strategy and development experience, having been Senior Vice President of Product at ProductBoard, VP of Product at CultureAmp and Co-founder and CEO of Zugata. He also spent six years as a Senior Director on VMware’s Horizon Mobile team, where he was responsible for defining and driving VMware’s product, partnering, and go-to-market strategy for mobile. Krishnamurti will be working on Dovetail’s recently launched AI-powered magic features, which are designed to transform customer data into actionable insights for product design and development.
