TBWA\London has promoted its Creative Art Director, Harriet Russell-Vick, to the position of Creative Director. This promotion comes at a time of significant growth for the agency, as TBWA\London continues to expand its creative capabilities. Her responsibilities will include overseeing and driving the creative direction for key accounts, managing and mentoring members of the creative team and delivering innovative and impactful campaigns. She will report into Executive Creative Director Paul Jordan and collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the continued outstanding creative work.
Hannah Buitekant has been named Chief Commercial Digital and Strategy Officer of DMG Media. Working closely with Chief Commercial Officer Vere Harmsworth, Buitekant will optimise the digital revenue streams, foster operational excellence, and ensure that commercial strategies are connected to DMG Media’s wider business goals.

Marketing cloud provider Mapp has announced the appointment of James Brooke as its new CEO. Under Brooke’s leadership, Mapp will focus on advanced customer journey orchestration and solutions tailored to evolving consumer behaviours and privacy-first regulations. Brooke’s background includes leading Amplience, a company he co-founded.
AMA, an audio advertising platform, has announced the appointment of Paul “PK” Kelly as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Kelly steps into the role having previously been the company’s Global Chief Revenue Officer for the past four years. His career includes leadership roles at Sony, Viacom, and Discovery. Kelly succeeds Steve Dunlop, who founded and led AMA for nine years. In addition to Kelly’s appointment, current CFO Joanne Grindrod will also take on the role of COO.

Tech company Deltatre has appointed Peter Bellamy as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). He will oversee new business, customer management, strategic partnerships, growth services, and marketing. Bellamy brings two decades of proven success in the ever-changing media landscape, including key roles at BSkyB, NeuLion, Saffron Digital, and Endeavor Streaming (Endeavor/IMG). His expertise has been integral to some of the industry’s most transformative moments, including launching global streaming services for major Hollywood studios and deploying BSkyB’s first iterations of TV Everywhere and on-demand Premier League and Champions League offerings. More recently Bellamy worked closely with AMC Networks on upgrading their portfolio of entertainment streaming services.
Node4, a digital transformation Managed Services Provider (MSP), has announced the appointment of Richard Moseley as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with founder and previous CEO Andy Gilbert becoming President and Board Member. The announcement is part of a strategy to strengthen Node4’s executive team as the company embarks on the next phase of its growth journey. Moseley will work closely with Gilbert to complete an in-depth induction and handover, after which he will formally assume the role of CEO, which is expected to take place in early 2025.
Slipstream Music, a music licensing platform, has announced the appointment of Jonathan Lane as its new Vice President of Sync and Partnerships. With over 15 years of experience in music licensing and supervision, Lane will be responsible for leading the company’s sync and partnership strategies, driving collaborations with networks, streaming platforms, trailer houses, production companies and advertising agencies across the media spectrum. Prior to joining Slipstream, Lane served as the Vice President, Head of TV and Film, at Audio Network where he was instrumental in overseeing the United States business for the global company.
Joshua Bickford has joined digital innovation agency 7DOTS as account manager. He will be working on accounts including Marsh McLennan, Capri-sun, SHL, focusing on driving paid search and SEO along with web development optimisation as part of their digital transformation strategies. He comes from T&Pm (formerly The&Partnership), where he managed campaigns for Toyota and Lexus across the full advertising funnel, from TV, radio, and OOH to digital and CRM. Before that he was at 1000heads where he worked on global accounts including Amazon, Google EMEA, and Nokia Global.
Law firm Clyde & Co has appointed Isabel Simpson as a data and digital partner in London. She rejoins the firm, having previously worked for Clyde & Co for nine years. Simpson joins from KPMG where she headed up the organisation’s Data, Digital and Technology practice group for the EMEA region. Her arrival reflects Clyde & Co’s continued investment in its data protection and privacy practice, in response to significant growth and development within the digital and data market.
