Dentsu X, the integrated agency owned by Dentsu, has announced that they have been appointed as global media agency of record by global dermatology company Galderma. Dentsu X will oversee media strategy, planning, and buying across all of Galderma’s international markets. Following a competitive pitch process, Galderma selected dentsu X due to the agency’s comprehensive understanding of media, marketing, and their ability to connect with people in a relevant way.

Dixa, the conversational customer service specialist, has announced that fast-growth subscription-based vegan food company, allplants, has implemented its integrated conversational customer service platform to meet rising customer demand. Dixa are helping allplants to improve handling time for customer enquiries and livechat response time, as well as introducing auto-response functionality.

EBO, the Artificial Intelligence company enabling patient engagement and self-management of key healthcare services has partnered with Wellola, a provider of patient portal communications software, to expand the role of AI in patient care. EBO’s virtual assistant solution, which automates patient communications within healthcare organisations, will be integrated into Wellola’s web-based patient portal. As a result, the partnership will enhance the capabilities of both companies to provide a more dynamic and intuitive conversation between patients and their healthcare provider.

A British technology start-up focused on helping the elderly live more independently in their own home has received financial backing from the Government. Accelerated by the coronavirus crisis and rising loneliness amongst the elderly, Sentai, a portable smart device using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Voice Technology to monitor and support older people, has received a grant from Innovate UK, the UK’s innovation agency. The idea is to offer a small, discrete, personal task force to deal with the day-to-day care needs of the elderly, whilst keeping them connected to their loved ones and community. The caregiver can stay connected via a smart app, with daily performance logs and push notifications enabling them to get peace of mind.

The world’s first 5G app agency, Nonvoice, has announced the signing of new client, Proxy42, the first social Augmented Reality (AR) platform for casual and competitive mobile gaming. Nonvoice will be assisting with securing distribution and investment for their innovative new Soccer League Live app.
