Luxury department store, Liberty London, has appointed performance marketing agency, Journey Further to handle its paid search activity. The appointment follows a competitive pitch process, which will see Journey Further, who have offices in Leeds, London and Manchester, manage a seven-figure annual PPC budget.

Journey Further’s remit will centre around the development of a best in class paid media strategy for Liberty, helping to grow the department store’s offering in the UK and in the US. The performance marketing agency will also help the store better understand the relationship between store visits and profit.

Cloud Comms, Collaboration, Contact Centre and Cyber solutions firm, Babble, has been chosen by WebBeds, the B2B division of Webjet Limited, to transform its contact centre and telephony solutions via a major strategic project which will see the introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the global travel wholesaler.

The agency will deliver a clearly defined and purpose-driven brand for the sustainability certification programme. The scope of work covers, brand identity, TOV, digital, and brand guidelines.
