Bidstack, the in-game advertising and video game monetisation company, has appointed Thomas Bullen as Chief Financial Officer. The 20-year financial services and adtech professional joins Bidstack from AdColony and will be tasked with overseeing and leading the finance function through Bidstack’s next stage of growth. Bullen is a seasoned finance professional with deep sector knowledge and extensive experience in the mobile marketing and advertising technology industry. In his role at Bidstack, Bullen will oversee and lead the finance function through Bidstack’s next stage of growth.

Webmart, the sustainable marketing agency, has appointed Richard Boon as its new CEO and strengthened its leadership team with a series of promotions. Richard Boon joined Webmart aged 18 as a management trainee and after rising through the ranks, was appointed Managing Director in 2020 – just one week before the first UK lockdown. Simon Biltcliffe, who founded Webmart on Marxist-capitalist principles in 1996 to benefit both people and the planet, remains with the agency – moving into the advisory position of Executive Chairman. Kelly O’Sullivan, who joined Webmart from Sainsbury’s in 2021 has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, and Tom Oldershaw has moved up into the role of Customer Services Director.

Airwallex has announced senior appointments to its global leadership team as the global payments and financial platform focuses on its expansion into 2023. Justin Yek has commenced in the newly created role of Head of Strategic Finance and Corporate Development following more than 10 years in banking, finance and start ups including work for Morgan Stanley and Citi. Jon Stona has joined Airwallex as Global Head of Marketing after working at Stripe in senior marketing roles, as well as positions at Google and Nike. Both positions sit on Airwallex’s global leadership team, reporting to CEO and co-founder Jack Zhang. 

LogicMonitor, provider of the SaaS-based unified observability platform for enterprises and managed service providers (MSPs), has announced the appointment of Lisa Edwards as an independent board member. Edwards will provide valuable expertise in business operations, corporate governance and finance to support LogicMonitor’s continuous innovation of observability solutions that contextualise data and help companies solve mission-critical problems. Edwards is a seasoned operations leader with a wealth of board and corporate governance knowledge. Edwards currently sits on the board of Colgate-Palmolive and serves as Executive Chair of the Diligent Institute, a global think tank focused on governance. Before moving into the Diligent Institute role, she served as President & COO of Diligent Corporation, a leading SaaS company in the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) space.

NielsenIQ, the global consumer intelligence company, is proud to announce the appointment of Emilie Darolles as Managing Director, Western Europe and International Global Clients. In this role, Darolles will drive NielsenIQ’s growth strategy and market leadership in the region. Darolles will guide Market and Commercial Leaders, overseeing business operations, and working with manufacturers, retailers, and emerging brands and retailers to develop and implement tailored solutions that drive results.  Darolles brings a wealth of knowledge with more than 20 years of experience across information services and market research industry. She has held several senior positions throughout her career, including Global FMCG Clients Group Leader at NielsenIQ, Global Client Business Partner, and Sales Operations Lead Markets across Asia and Europe. Darolles is based in France and reports to Tracey Massey.

Kissterra, the world’s first insurance marketing operating system, has announced the appointment of Udi Ziv as Chief Executive Officer. Ziv’s appointment empowers Kissterra to expand its rapid growth in the insurance sector and widen into new markets, further cementing the company’s position as a leading insurance software provider. Ziv will play a pivotal role in developing Kissterra’s growth strategy in the competitive market, signalling a new chapter of innovation in the global insurance ecosystem while expanding its already significant client base. Co-founders, Segev Shilton and Ifty Kerzner will retain an active role in the company as executive directors with responsibility for strategic ventures, acquisitions, business development, and partnerships. Udi Ziv joins after serving as CEO of Earnix, a real-time AI-driven enterprise pricing and rating engine for insurance and banking, successfully scaling up the company and expanding its reach globally. 

SAP SE has announced that Ryan Poggi has been appointed as Managing Director, SAP UK & Ireland. Poggi will report directly to Rohit Nagarajan, President of EMEA North at SAP, and is based in London. In his role, Poggi will lead the UK & Ireland team, executing SAP’s UKI strategy with a focus on driving customer lifetime value, accelerated cloud growth and a superior partner ecosystem experience in the region. A passionate leader with extensive experience managing organisations and scaling high-performing teams across large complex markets, Poggi has held senior executive roles across EMEA and APJ since joining SAP in 2007. Prior to starting the UKI Managing Director role, Poggi was Chief Business Officer for SAP EMEA North, where he’s been instrumental in launching RISE with SAP across five markets and building the cross-functional teams required for customer success.

Adludio, the global AI-powered platform delivering attention-led and data-driven mobile advertising, has announced the appointment of Laura Holmes as Head of Sales UK. Holmes will be responsible for the expansion of UK sales and revenue, developing new partnerships and business opportunities, as well as strengthening Adludio’s existing customer relationships. With over a decade of experience in digital media, Holmes is an expert in leading teams in the delivery of outstanding success for clients and has worked for leading media groups such as  Time Out, The Social Element and Allure Media. She joins Adludio from Reach Plc, where she was Group Head and managed the publishing giant’s agency sales activity.

Scibids, a specialist in artificial intelligence (AI) for digital marketing, has announced the appointment of Mark Dunckley as Senior Sales Director. Dunckley will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with key brands, expanding awareness of Scibids’ unique offering in the market and building on its strong business growth. Before joining Scibids, Dunckley led on sales of Ad-Lib.io’s (now part of Smartly.io) creative management platform (CMP) to large brands across key verticals in the UK and MENA region. Dunckley also previously held commercial roles at Adobe, Amazon and AOL, delivering platform-based solutions to both brands and agencies, as well as creating key partnerships with a variety of vendors in the digital ecosystem. 

Permutive, an audience platform for publishers and advertisers, is pleased to announce the hire of four key roles: Kim Castelda joins as Chief People Officer, Chloe Grutchfield as General Manager, Publishers; Sean King as Vice President of Engineering, and Michael Kistler as General Counsel. Kim Castelda joins Permutive from Magnitude Software, where she was instrumental in guiding the company through an acquisition in her role as chief people officer. Castelda has spent her career years growing the people functions at SaaS businesses. Chloe Grutchfield joins Permutive with more than 12 years of experience in the adtech and martech industry, with an emphasis on product management and privacy. Most recently, Grutchfield served as chief product officer at Sourcepoint, a role she held after selling Redbud, the company she co-founded, to the organisation. Sean King joins Permutive with a wealth of experience growing and nurturing engineering teams. Most recently, King was vice president of engineering at Zego during a pivotal stage of growth as the company grew from the early tens of $M in ARR to $100M+, working with partners such as Uber, Deliveroo and Aviva. Michael Kistler brings a depth of experience to Permutive, having previously spent a decade at Outbrain, where he both started and led the legal function and was instrumental in guiding the organisation through its IPO.

Cedara, the carbon intelligence platform, announced the expansion of its executive team and the appointment of Eric Shih as Chief Operating Officer. Shih will lead the company’s global expansion and manage their growing commercial and operations teams. With over 20 years of experience in media, advertising and technology, Shih is a proven leader who has scaled businesses globally at startups (including three separate exits) as well as digital teams in large corporations. Most recently as Chief Growth Officer at Lasso, an IQVIA business, Shih launched their publisher enterprise software business and was responsible for the growth of their non-pharma healthcare sales initiatives. Additionally, Cedara welcomed Dean Nagib as Vice President of Sales where he will lead local and regional commercial strategy, drive adoption of Cedara’s solutions and open the company’s UK office. Nagib brings 20 years of experience working with agencies, brands and tech vendors, and has a proven track record of successfully leading teams at AOL and most recently MiQ.

HireVue, a specialist in video interviewing, assessments, and text-enabled recruiting tools has announced the appointment of Natalie Dopp as Chief People Officer (CPO). A values-driven leader with a proven record of scaling businesses at all growth stages, Dopp is passionate about creating inclusive workplaces that give employees opportunities to thrive. With over twenty-five years of experience in human resources, Dopp’s most recent role was at Integrate, where she led the HR team through the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

F5 has appointed Bart Salaets as Field Chief Technology Officer in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). With over 20 years of industry experience, Salaets will take on the brand-new role to further elevate F5’s positioning in the market, including engaging with C-Suite customers, partners, analysts, and journalists. Working with EMEA’s solution architect team, and in close partnership with F5 Global CTO, Geng Lin, he will report to Vincent Lavergne, VP for Solutions Engineering at F5. Salaets has been at F5 since 2011, most recently as Head of EMEA Solutions Architects. He has also worked as the lead solutions architect for F5’ service provider team. Prior to joining F5, he held consulting and technical leadership positions at Juniper Networks, Redback Networks and Alcatel- Lucent.
