London-based fast-growing tech PR agency, Make Honey, has appointed two new senior leadership hires as it sets its sights on further growth. Rebecca Mansfield, joins the team as senior client director to head up client services responsible for the smooth running of all account management across the business, whilst ensuring client satisfaction remains high and KPIs are achieved. Most recently, Mansfield was senior PR and events manager for Garmin UK & Ireland, responsible for all creative campaigns, PR and events activations. Also joining the senior leadership team is Caroline Gosney, who joins Make Honey as client and content director. Gosney is responsible for all creative and content across client campaigns, leading a team of designers, videographers and copywriters. With a background in FMCG, Gosney has worked with brands including Tesco, Jack Daniels, LEGO, Levis, Walkers, Bacardi and Christian Louboutin.
KPMG International announced the appointment of Lisa Heneghan as Global Chief Digital Officer. With more than 30 years of experience across the technology sector, most recently as Chief Digital Officer and Executive Committee member for KPMG in the UK, Heneghan has extensive experience in driving enterprise-wide digital transformation both within KPMG and with clients. She has spent the majority of her time focused on enabling organisations to become customer-centric as well as optimising the cost and agility of technology. Ambl, the brand-new platform set to transform and build recovery for the hospitality industry by matching people with real-time availability, has announced the appointment of Simon Gaske as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Gaske brings almost 20 years of experience in hospitality marketing and will be instrumental in leading the official launch of Ambl across the Square Mile, London next month. Digitas UK has appointed Jennifer Berry as its new CEO. Berry will join Digitas in January from Razorfish, a fellow Publicis Groupe agency, where she has led the agency’s US northeast regional business as EVP, Managing Director. An experienced and future-facing leader, Berry has spent 15 years with Publicis Groupe across two continents, starting out in her native Australia before moving to New York a decade ago. Having worked client, agency and publisher side over the years, Berry has led teams across a wide range of sectors including retail, financial services, FMCG, technology and travel, with varied engagements including creative, media, commerce and platforms. Doyle joins as Head of Sport Social, with former Head Jim Salveson stepping into a new role of Director of Sport. Having previously worked across Bauer Media Group’s national portfolio and as a producer for Global, Doyle will work closely with Sport Social’s network of podcast creators to develop content and grow listener audiences. Herrick, founder of Herrick Associates Sports Consultancy, has also been announced as Sales Director – Sport. Herrick will be targeting new rights holder partnerships for both Voiceworks Sport and Sport Social.

Adludio, the global advertising platform delivering premium quality campaigns on mobile, has announced two key, c-level appointments – Dave Ramsay as Chief Product Officer and Ian Liddicoat as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Data Science. Ramsay will be responsible for the further integration and expansion of Adludio’s automated platform. He joins from BT Digital, where he was Director of Product Innovation and Commercialisation, and was in charge of developing new services and insights. Previous to this role, Ramsay held positions at O2 Digital and Weve. Meanwhile, Liddicoat will be leading development of Adludio’s proprietary algorithms and the optimization of its world-beating marketing analytics. He joins Adludio from Publicis, where he was Global Head of Data Science and was responsible for its development and delivery of AI products.

In these newly created roles, Goulcher and Paolini will work closely to create effective and impactful creative that works across multiple international markets.
