Digital Women IWD: Emily Roberts, Co-Founder, The Women in Programmatic Network

The theme of this year’s International Women’s Day was Equity. At NDA Digital Women’s inaugural IWD event, we caught up with leading figures across the industry to discover what the concept of equity meant to them.

First up is Emily Roberts, Co-Founder, The Women in Programmatic Network, and Senior Associate at PwC.

“One of the. biggest challenges to achieving equity is around parenting and the motherhood penalty in going back to work,” she says in the video below. ‘At the Women in Programmatic Network, we’re planning a piece of work to collect companies’ policies on this to see what is good or average in our industry, going beyond statutory.’
