My Digital Hero: Randi Mitchell, Digital Sales Director for Healthcare, Strategus

Randi Mitchell is Digital Sales Director for Healthcare at CTV advertising specialist Strategus. We asked who her digital hero is.

Who is your digital hero?

Though I haven’t known him for a great length of time, Charlie Thomas is my digital hero. Charlie is my colleague and the Business Development Director at Strategus. Previous to that, he worked at Yahoo and Centro. He became a challenger in the digital space before the internet was even in most of our homes.

What has he done to win hero status in your eyes? –

Charlie is a history buff and believes in the positive impact of disruption. We can learn how to be “on the right side of evolution”. This is how we ended up here at Strategus.

He constantly challenges our organization, and his colleagues  and encourages us to push the envelope and influence the change that is progressive in the digital space.

How has their heroism helped drive digital? –

Charlie takes innovation to the next level. He has worked major avenues of the digital movement and has helped to solve for the “next big thing” in digital marketing solutions.

What the biggest challenges in digital we need another hero to solve? –

Closing the “Path to Conversion” gap.

Connecting the first impact of a message on a consumer and demonstrating how that first touch point evolves to the final touch point of conversion by the end user.

What is your most heroic personal achievement so far in digital? –

I have been honored to lead several people to the digital front door and have been able to teach others how to make the digital evolution work for not only their company, but most importantly ROI.
