TikTok has expanded its TikTok For Good Launchpad into the UK, empowering brands and creative agencies to create campaigns for non-governmental organisations (NGOs) that foster positive change. Building on its successful rollout in APAC last year, the initiative supports TikTok’s commitment to using entertainment for meaningful societal impact.
The initiative brings together non-profits, advertisers and users to raise awareness, support and funds for a range of issues, from mental health to sustainability. In 2023, TikTok For Good produced social good campaigns in APAC covering issues such as the representation of disabled people in advertising, the gender pay gap and domestic violence. To further the reach of this initiative, TikTok now launching in the UK and DACH on November 4th.
