Digital Women: what can employers do to help women at work?

As part of our ongoing Digital Women initiative, New Digital Age recently hosted a roundtable discussion in Manchester.

The session was chaired by Ellie Edwards-Scott, Co-Founder of The Advisory Collective, where she was joined by Amanda Robertson, Programmatic Manager at Rommatic; Lucy Barnes, Joint General Manager at Havas Media Manchester; Rebecca Hill, Addressable & Data Lead at Channel 4; and Gillian Roberts, Business Development Controller at ITV, to find out how women can be better supported at work by their employers, their colleagues and by each other.

After the live event, we asked the panellists to recap on some of the key questions tackled during the discussion. Here, they answer the question: what more can employers do to help women at work?
