Patagonia hires Senior Director of Marketing & Impact, EMEA
California-based outdoor apparel brand Patagonia has appointed Amanda Calder-Mclaren into the newly-created role of Senior Director of Marketing & Impact for EMEA.
Calder-Mclaren is set to unite storytelling and action by bringing Patagonia’s marketing and impact work together, working closely with global leadership, EMEA teams and local communities, to lead how Patagonia communicates its values and also how those values are delivered through its environmental and social impact work across the region.
Calder-Mclaren began her career in the sports and outdoor industry, working across a breadth of brands including Adidas TERREX, Technogym, Wahoo and The North Face. As Senior Brand Marketing Director EMEA at The North Face, she led major brand campaigns alongside programmes designed to broaden access to the outdoors.
Calder-Mclaren is also a founding member, and former Chair, of Opening Up The Outdoors (OUTO), a European collective that aims to tackle systemic barriers to inclusion across outdoor spaces and the outdoor industry.
Experiential agency Verve makes senior moves amidst international growth
Ronan Traynor, founder of events and experiential agency Verve, is moving into the role of Executive Chair as Barry Muldowney takes up the position of Group Managing Director amid a period of accelerating international growth at the agency.
Traynor will remain closely involved as Executive Chair, supporting the leadership team, senior clients and the long-term vision of the agency that he founded 35 years ago.
Muldowney is stepping into the Group Managing Director role after more than 14 years at the agency to lead its next chapter of growth and spearhead its international trajectory. Prior to taking up this position, he held the role of Chief Operating Officer, and previously served as Senior Event Manager. He also spent close to a decade at EuroEvents, also in the role of Senior Event Manager.
Alex Moser-Berridge appointed as Head of Growth at Grey London
Advertising and marketing agency Grey London has announced the appointment of Alex Moser-Berridge to the role of Head of Growth, reporting directly to CEO Jai Kotecha.
In her role, Moser-Berridge will focus primarily on driving new client acquisition and accelerating the agency’s new business momentum.
She will support an agency-wide organic growth workstream, helping to deepen existing client relationships and unlock new opportunities within existing accounts. In addition, she will oversee agency communications and continue to strengthen relationships across the WPP network.
Moser-Berridge joins Grey London from leading business development at The Or, where she played a leading role in the agency being appointed as Asos’ creative agency of record. She previously held the position of Business Director at Pablo London, where she led major accounts such as VisitBritain, P&O Cruises and Costa.
Little Dot Studios US promotes Will Brown to Director of Client Development
Social media agency, digital media network, and multi-platform production company Little Dot Studios has announced the promotion of Will Brown to Director of Client Development, US.
Brown will now lead the agency’s new business strategy, reporting in to Ben Arnold, Co-Managing Director of Little Dot Studios US. He will focus on driving continued growth across the company’s US operations, leveraging his strong industry relationships and insight into the evolving media landscape. Working in close collaboration with internal teams, Brown will play a central role in identifying new opportunities, strengthening client partnerships, and supporting the agency’s commercial objectives.
Brown joined Little Dot Studios in 2021 as Associate Director, Sales & Strategy, and has a track record of onboarding and nurturing some of the agency’s key clients. Prior to Little Dot Studios, Brown held strategic roles at WarnerMedia and Fullscreen, and has worked with leading global brands including Barbie, American Girl, and Uber. His experience adds further strength to the Little Dot Studios leadership team as it continues to scale its US operations.
This appointment follows a series of internal promotions announced earlier this year, including the appointment of Co-Managing Directors Ben Arnold and Charles Wideska in the US, and multiple senior leadership advancements across the UK and Europe.
Sparks appoints Sebastian Dreyfus as Managing Director, EMEA
Global brand experience agency Sparks has recruited Sebastian Dreyfus, former CEO at Adgistics, to the role of Managing Director, EMEA.
Dreyfus brings more than 25 years of agency and business leadership experience across EMEA to the new role. At Adgistics, he drove a full business turnaround that led to a successful acquisition by Papirfly, a Verdane Capital-backed business.
Dreyfus also served as CMO of Octopus Group, where he rebranded Octopus Energy. He has previously held Managing Director roles at Rosetta Europe and Saatchi & Saatchi, where he oversaw operations across 24 EMEA markets and served as M&A lead for the broader Saatchi/Fallon network. He has also held senior roles at Publicis Modem, Razorfish, and Wunderman, and was the European Chairman at Saatchi & Saatchi S, a sustainability consultancy.
Greenpark announces senior promotions to accelerate global growth, AI-driven offering
Digital content agency Greenpark has announced a series of high-profile senior promotions as it continues to scale its global operations and strengthen its AI-driven discovery offering.
Chris Pearce has been promoted to Group Managing Director, expanding his remit to include APAC alongside his existing responsibilities across EMEA, the US and LATAM. AND Digital strengthens data, cloud, AI and martech relationships with appointment of new Strategic Partnerships Manager
AND Digital has appointed Kyle Charles as Strategic Partnerships Manager to support AND Digital’s US expansion and strengthen its data, cloud, AI and martech relationships across North America.
In his new role, Charles will sit within AND Digital’s go-to-market group and work closely with sales, solutions and marketing leadership. He will be responsible for the definition and execution of the company’s partnership strategy, with a focus on building relationships, driving market impact, and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
Charles’ appointment comes at a key time for the company as AND Digital continues to expand throughout North America, working with clients such as Mastercard and Dynamic Yield.

Rezolve Ai has announced the appointment of James House as Chief Executive Officer of Reward, its recently-acquired banking and commerce media business.
House is an experienced international technology and data executive with more than 25 years of experience building, scaling and exiting high-growth businesses. He most recently served as Reward’s Chief Commercial Officer, and prior to this position, held the role of Chief Customer Officer at Trūata and SVP Retail & Commerce, Global Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods Lead at Mastercard.
As CEO of Reward, House will focus on scaling the company’s international footprint, expanding its finance media network, enhancing its intelligence capabilities and accelerating growth in major markets including the United States, Europe and the GCC. Having previously served as Reward’s CCO prior to its acquisition by Rezolve Ai, he combines deep knowledge of the platform with a strong track record of commercial execution.
