Jellyfish appoints Seun Odeneye as Chief Media Officer EMEA

Jellyfish has appointed Seun Odeneye as Chief Media Officer EMEA. He joins the business following senior roles at IPG Mediabrands, including Managing Director, Investment, and Managing Director, Media at KINESSO UK&I.

Odeneye has more than 20 years’ experience spanning media, technology, performance and investment. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Mindshare and Microsoft, where he became Head of the Microsoft Performance Network and Mobile Strategy Lead for the UK.

In his new role, Odeneye will lead Jellyfish’s EMEA paid and earned media practice. His remit includes developing the agency’s AI and agentic media capabilities, as well as its media strategy, investment and analytics offering.

Pulse appoints Bryony Barker as Global Strategy Director

Pulse Advertising has appointed Bryony Barker as Global Strategy Director in the UK, where she will work across its international client roster, including Canva, Nestlé, Polestar, The North Face and Roborock.

Based in London, Barker will focus on building client relationships and developing strategic approaches for brands operating across social media. She will also help strengthen the agency’s strategy function and collaborative working across its teams.

Barker joins from a career spanning The Corner, Digital Natives, BMB Agency and Tailify. She has worked across agency disciplines, beginning in content creative before moving into strategy, with a particular focus on developing creative strategy functions.

THG Ingenuity appoints Gemma Spence as CEO

THG Ingenuity has appointed Gemma Spence as Chief Executive Officer, effective December 2026. She joins from VML and WPP Luxembourg, where she served as CEO and Country Manager and led its Marketplace and Amazon Centre of Excellence.

Spence has more than 17 years’ experience across technology, commerce and growth. Earlier in her career, she founded and scaled an ecommerce consultancy across EMEA within Omnicom, and she has also held client-side roles.

As CEO, Spence will oversee THG Ingenuity, which brings together its commerce technology, content production, marketplaces, fulfilment, automation and robotics operations. John Gallemore will move to the role of Chairman, while Alistair Crane will become a Strategic Consultant.

Sid Lee Sport appoints Peter Wilson as Head of Strategy

Sid Lee Sport has appointed Peter Wilson as Head of Strategy. Reporting to Managing Director Mike Grumbridge, Wilson will lead strategic direction for clients and work with the leadership team on the agency’s future direction.

Wilson has more than 20 years’ experience across advertising, brand strategy and sports marketing in the UK and Australia. He joins following a period of consultancy work with clients and agencies and previously spent more than 13 years at Iris, where he was Executive Strategy Director and Partner.

His experience includes work across brand, commercial, communications, data, PR and social, as well as sports and sponsorship projects involving Formula E, Samsung and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Not On The High Street appoints Sara Davies MBE as Non-Executive Director

Not On The High Street has appointed entrepreneur Sara Davies MBE as Non-Executive Director and Chief Brand Ambassador.

As part of her new role, Davies is establishing the Not On The High Street Founders Circle, a three-tier coaching and mentoring programme for marketplace sellers. The Growth programme will provide monthly online sessions covering areas including brand building, customer retention, product innovation and strategic planning.

The Thrive programme will provide selected sellers with in-person sessions focused on leadership, scaling, brand positioning, supply chains and three-year growth planning. A third tier, Flourish, featuring one-to-one coaching with Davies, is planned for 2027.

Lewis Moberly appoints James Riley as Business Partner

Lewis Moberly has appointed James Riley as Business Partner within its Client Partnership team.

Riley joins following roles at JKR, Saffron, Landor, FutureBrand and forpeople. His experience covers brand transformation, identity, packaging and experience design.

At Lewis Moberly, he will lead a number of client relationships, working with strategy and creative teams on client projects and identifying opportunities for further business development.

Algolia appoints Steven Chung as CRO and Veronica Servantez as CMO

Algolia has appointed Steven Chung as Chief Revenue Officer and Veronica Servantez as Chief Marketing Officer.

Servantez joins from Genesys, where she was SVP of Product Marketing. Previously, she spent six years at BigCommerce, including as SVP of Marketing, and more than a decade at Rackspace, where she led go-to-market activity for its managed public cloud portfolio.

As CMO, Servantez will lead Algolia’s global marketing organisation, with responsibility for its positioning, analyst and developer engagement, and customer marketing.

Chung is based in London and joins from Starburst, where he was President, overseeing sales, marketing, professional services, channels, partnerships, support and revenue operations. Previously, he held senior roles at BigCommerce, Delphix, PagerDuty and Demandware. As CRO, he will lead the global revenue organisation, including enterprise sales, EMEA and APAC expansion, and partnerships with hyperscalers and systems integrators.

Acast appoints Liv Sandberg as EVP, Europe

Acast has appointed Liv Sandberg as EVP, Europe, effective early 2027. She joins from TikTok, where she was Regional General Manager, Global Business Solutions, for Central Europe and the Nordics.

Sandberg joined TikTok almost six years ago to build its Nordic advertising business before taking responsibility for Central Europe. Previously, she was Head of Agency at Meta and CEO of Starcom Nordics, where she spent 17 years across client service and operations.

At Acast, Sandberg will oversee the European business, with the company’s European market leads reporting to her. She will also lead the Nordics directly, succeeding Jenny Rahm as Managing Director.

Glance appoints François Gioux as Sales Director

Glance has appointed François Gioux as Sales Director, with immediate effect.

Reporting to Senior Vice President Frédéric Vaulpré, Gioux will manage Glance’s sales team across North America, South America, Europe, the UK, Australia, the Nordics and Asia. His responsibilities will include international commercial strategy and developing partnerships across the media and entertainment sector.

Gioux has more than 17 years’ experience in advertising, branding and media. He has previously held roles at RTL, M6 Unlimited, Sixième Son and Silenzio, most recently serving as Sales Director at Silenzio.

Brandtech Group appoints Chris Garbutt as Global Chief Creative Officer

The Brandtech Group has appointed Chris Garbutt as Global Chief Creative Officer, effective immediately.

Garbutt joins from Vice Media Group, where he was Chief Creative Officer and Co-President of Virtue. He previously spent five years as Global Chief Creative Officer at TBWA\Worldwide and eight years as Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy Paris and New York.

His career has included creative leadership roles on campaigns for brands including Apple, Google, IBM, Coca-Cola, Louis Vuitton, Dove, adidas and Airbnb. At Brandtech, he will focus on creativity and craft across the group’s generative AI work.
