NDA Agency News: A week in agencyland 22/01/21

Easyjet has launched a new campaign to give the public that holiday feeling that they are missing, whilst they wait for their next chance to step onto a plane. It aims to give people a little taster of the escapism they would normally get from a trip away.

Created by VCCP and OMD, this campaign will be a social-first and native content series for IGTV, featuring seven escapes that focus on stunning popular European destinations. From beautiful Greek beaches to the snowy peaks of Austria and the cityscapes of Budapest and Venice, these three-minute films will transport the public away from the humdrum of life for a moment of mindfulness during a dreary January. Four escape films will be released this week, with three more being rolled out the week after.

Wavemaker has launched “3PC” – a third-party cookieless solution programme for advertisers.  3PC includes an audit comprising 250+ questions to identify risk and help prioritise the development of new solutions, ensuring brand-owners understand the scale of the impact and where they need to create change.  The programme stress tests third-party cookieless solutions on client activity, covering various sectors and analyses different forms of identity resolution.

3PC focuses on three main areas to ensure their clients are best placed to take advantage of this new phase for digital advertising: (i) aligning a business’s data strategy with a cookieless future, (ii)  prioritising, testing and adopting new technology solutions and (iii) re-mapping the full spectrum of media, data and technology partners to drive maximum advantage for clients across the entire ecosystem.
