Amazon has announced the expansion of new generative AI listing tools and capabilities designed to empower small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The first tool simplifies the listing creation process, allowing sellers to generate compelling product titles, descriptions, and other details by providing a few descriptive words or just uploading a product image. It comes as a new Amazon survey reveals 7 out of 10 small business owners using generative AI have already seen real-world benefits to their business from the technology. UK early adopters agreed AI could or has benefited their business by saving time (79%), improving content (73%), improving profitability (73%), enhancing customer service (72%), and reach more international customers (71%). Over a third (32%) felt that AI-generated content could increase a product’s discoverability, with businesses ranking attracting new customers as the key challenge they face.

With the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 coming to the US for the first time, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has appointed The Gang, a full-service gaming studio building best-in-class branded immersive activations, to introduce the sport of cricket to US fans through new cricket-themed updates to some of Roblox’s most popular experiences. Roblox users can experience cricket-themed mini-games and maps within three of Roblox’s most popular activations: Blade Ball, Strongman Simulator, and Ultimate Football. The three games replicate real-world cricket and showcase different parts of the sport, including batting, bowling, and fielding, reaching new audiences through immersive and familiar digital environments. As part of the experiences, The Gang is leveraging its new cutting-edge CRM tool, BOOST, to enhance user engagement. This tool encourages players to sign up for the ICC’s Web3 loyalty program in exchange for rewards and free UGC items, allowing fans to link their Roblox accounts to the ICC.

Google Cloud and Stagwell have announced a set of new AI-powered features across Stagwell’s portfolio of digital marketing applications, built using Google Cloud infrastructure and AI services, including its Gemini models. Stagwell is a digital-first global marketing services network that delivers value to customers through its cutting-edge marketing technology stack, utilizing the latest advancements in AI. Specialty logistics giant, World Courier, a part of Cencora, have chosen to partner with independent agency, ROAST for their digital services following a competitive pitch and have already expanded their appointment to the wider business. World Courier, part of Cencora, will have Roast carry out services including PPC, Paid Social and SEO. The digital activity is global, with SEO focused on US and UK. The brand approached media and performance agency, Roast, with the challenge to increase the revenue driven from paid media by improving the structure and strategy of the accounts. The Roast Organic team are addressing any technical issues with the sites, as well as work on their content strategy. Roast will also work in partnership with the client to plan a strategic roadmap for their digital marketing.
