JCDecaux and New Digital Age (NDA) are pleased to announce the first four judges for the upcoming free-to-enter Programmatic DOOH Live Awards on 24 April 2024 in London.
Casting their eyes over some of the most innovative pDOOH campaigns from the past year will be Dan Larden, Head of Media at ISBA; Alice Miller, Head of Programmatic at MGOMD; Zuzanna Gierlinska, Chief Growth Officer at GroupM Nexus; and Nikki Sehgal, General Manager at Media for All.
Speaking at the time of the awards being launched, Larden said: “The media awards landscape has arguably become a bit stale with the same format rolled out every time. The JCDecaux pDOOH Live Awards will be a refreshing and openly democratic vision for recognising and showcasing the best of the industry. I’m really excited to be a part of it from the outset.”
Along with the rest of our expert judging panel, these four leading industry names will be taking part in a slightly different judging process to what they may have been used to in the past. Because, unlike other awards events – and as the name suggests – there is a live element to proceedings.
All shortlisted entries will present their campaigns live on 24 April 2024 to both our judging panel and the gathered audience, who will also be able to vote on their favourites.
To be eligible for entry into the awards, campaigns must have run in the UK between 1 January 2023 and 28 February 2024, and this must have been done programmatically. All entries must be accompanied by an ‘audition tape’ style video, showing the judges how the entry will be showcased on stage if shortlisted.
Awards will be presented to the winners in eight categories including:
- Best use of Data
- Best Integrated pDOOH Campaign
- Best use of pDOOH & CTV
- Best use of pDOOH & Mobile
- Best use of pDOOH & OOH/DOOH
- People’s Choice Award
- Grand Prix
- Best Presentation
