Paul has over 17 years of sales experience and has spent the last 10+ years in programmatic leadership roles with companies such as Unruly, PubMatic, Verizon, and Millennial Media. More recently, Paul was responsible for launching the UK office for CTV Ad Server Publica before their acquisition by Integral Ad Science (IAS) in 2021 and is now VP, CTV Strategy for Publica.
He’s a former winner of the ExchangeWire AdTech Personality of Year, and was twice named in The Drum Digerati.
Deborah is a Global Media Leader with over 20 years’ experience developing and implementing digital strategies for FMCG, Automotive, Finance and Tech brands. Interests include the advancement of robotics, machine learning and IoT, particularly how these three technologies are impacting media and marketing.
Duff is a multi-award winning advertising veteran who has extensive experience of full service advertising agencies (WCRS, Lowes) as well as media independents (Motive, Starcom, Spark Foundry). Duff is an enthusiastic and successful mentor for talent within both agency and media owner environments.
Fiona is Managing Director of Consumer Revenue at the Financial Times. Based in London, she leads the global consumer revenue group responsible for consumer marketing, customer care and commercial development.
Prior to this, she was Global Marketing Director for B2C from 2017 to early 2021. In this role, she was instrumental in driving the FT’s new reader revenue model, and developing FT Strategies, a boutique consultancy that helps clients build sustainable digital business models.
Fiona joined the FT in 2003 and has held numerous marketing roles across the organisation on the brand, customer acquisition, and conversion and optimisation teams.
She also sits on the corporate board of trustees for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Nick is Facebook’s Director of Agencies in the UK & Ireland leading their partnerships with the marketing, professional services, and investment industries.
Prior to joining Facebook in 2019, Nick spent 13 years at WPP, most recently as CEO of Essence across EMEA, overseeing media investment for advertisers including Google & BT.
Nick is a Trustee of SSAFA, the Armed Forces Charity, and also sits on a range of industry trade bodies and committees including the Effies Council, the Advertising Standards Authority Industry Advisory Panel, The Advertising Association Trust Group, and the IAB Board. Previously, Nick sat on the World Economic Forum’s Global Council for Information.
Jon has been CEO of the IAB since January 2017, having previously been COO and Director of Mobile and Operations.
Cat has been Growth Marketing Director at Monzo Bank since she joined the organisation last year. Prior to this Cat was Digital Director at Flutter Entertainment.
Richard is Senior Director, Media & Insight at Hilton where he has worked for the last four years. Prior to this, Richard was the Global Media Lead at Electronic Arts (EA).
As well as being Managing Partner, Joint Head of Media Experience at PHD UK, Sophie is also an NDA columnist. Prior to joining PHD UK last year, Sophie was at Wavemaker for nearly 8 years.
Nick is the Global Ad Product and Revenue Operations Director at Future, having previously held senior positions at Dennis and Haymarket.
