TheZoo.london aims to popularise ‘Consultant Collective’ working model  

TheZoo.london, a ‘consultant collective’ with a mission to connect experienced professionals in the media, marketing and advertising space with companies in need of fresh perspectives, has been launched.

Co-Founded by Marco Bertozzi, an expert in the digital and programmatic agency space and former sales leader at Spotify and Whalar, and Rachel Forde, who was previously CEO at IPG media agency UM UK&I and Publicis’ Spark Foundry, TheZoo.London brings together two industry veterans with over 50 years’ combined leadership experience and a vision to reimagine the way businesses and professionals connect.

TheZoo.London is designed to offer a flexible and mutually beneficial solution that drives success for both professionals looking for flexible, consultancy-based work, and businesses looking to tap into experience and expertise on a non-permanent basis. The model aims to help businesses to solve a diverse range of complex challenges such as embedding AI into daily working practices, building sustainable behaviours, developing progressive people strategies and tackling technological disruptions, as well as navigating everyday organisational hurdles.

Bertozzi commented: “I am so excited that Rachel and I can pool our collective experience on such an exciting launch. We believe that we can bring real benefits to both sides of the marketplace, streamlining, professionalising and giving an impetus to the independent consultancy arena. Our model will move the hiring of consultants from a ‘who you know’ approach to providing an inclusive go-to business that can identify and secure senior talent through one business, based on their experience rather than their ability to network, thus making it the most diverse group of talent available at this level of seniority.”

Forde said: “I have always operated with a ‘people first’ philosophy.
