In his new role, Holt is responsible for accelerating growth for clients through performance solutions and continued expansion of Performics and its capabilities.

Niel Bornman, CEO, Publicis Media UK & EMEA Product and Solutions Lead commented, We have an ambitious vision for Performics, where our focus is on finding new growth for our clients by deploying our unique data, technology and AI capabilities through performance media. Sam’s expertise ensures he is ideally placed to lead this next chapter for Performics and deliver even more success and growth for our clients, and our people.”

Sam Holt, CEO, Performics UK said, “Delivering competitive strategies that utilise our unparalleled data assets to enable clients to outperform their peers, is critical to Performics’ success. As what clients need from a performance agency changes, we find our value is moving away from purely activating media to orchestrating media buying via data, technology and measurement strategy. The constant evolution of performance marketing makes it such an exciting and rewarding place for brands, so this is an incredibly important time for our clients and I’m excited to continue to work with them in this new role.”.
