Team ITG launches new Creative Department

Team ITG, the technology-led, marketing activation business, has launched its new Creative Department to spearhead creative campaign operations with major brands including Jaeger, Whittard, Costa and Macmillan.

The department sees James Chittenden appointed as Chief Creative Officer, with decades of experience heading up global creative campaigns, while Joanna Wilby and Andrew Park take the roles of Executive Creative Directors.

Jess Hyland, Managing Partner, has taken charge of unlocking growth potential for both existing clients and Team ITG across the creative services landscape.

Hyland has over 12 years’ experience working at Team ITG across leading brands including Renault, KFC and M&S, specialising in cross-sector creative and strategic client services.

Team ITG’s Creative Department will offer an integrated creative service for brands, producing eye-catching marketing campaigns using its state-of-the-art Capture facility and working alongside Creative Automation engine Storyteq to boost the go-to-market efficiency of campaign activations.

Sue Mountford, CEO of Team ITG, said: “Team ITG is the most joined-up agency out there, working together as ‘one front door’ for our partners as part of our truly unique company culture. As a result, our Creative Department will be working closely together to join up creative services, business growth, and data and insights to produce inspired commercial creative work that works for our customers. We’re going to be seeing a lot more collaboration between our amazing services teams in future.”

“James, Jess, Joanna, Andrew and the rest of the fantastic team contributing to our creative services have already achieved amazing results at Team ITG, and we’re excited to see our services taken to the next level and provide even greater support to our global clients.”

James Chittenden, Chief Creative Officer for Team ITG, commented: “The collaboration at Team ITG has been a staple of my first year with the business and a driving factor in our ability to deliver award-winning campaigns for the biggest brands. I look forward to working even closer with our business growth and data leads to continue pushing our creative boundaries for customers. ITG is constantly looking to innovate in new ways and I’m excited to continue developing our unique combination of the science of data and tech with the magic of our ideas and people.”

Inspired Thinking Group was founded in 2009 by CEO Simon Ward and acquired Storyteq BV in June 2021 and Brand Machine Ltd in June 2022.
