This week’s instalment of Talent Tracker has people moves and promotions from TMW, Snapchat, FullStory and more.

TMW Unlimited, part of UNLIMITED, has announced three appointments in senior positions. Emma Norman has been promoted to Managing Director, Olivia Wedderburn has been promoted to Executive Social Influence Director, and Emma Banks has been hired as a Planning Director. 

Emma Norman has been promoted to Managing Director from her previous role as Chief Client Officer. The promotion comes as a result of the increasing size and scope of the agency, and her outstanding personal contribution to the business’ growth. In addition to multiple significant new business wins, including Oak Furnitureland, TMW Unlimited recently launched a specialist digital agency, TMWX.

Snap, the parent company of Snapchat, has appointed Bridget Lea as the new General Manager for the UK. Based out of London, Lea will lead Snap’s UK team and will be responsible for Snap’s business strategy, sales, operations and community growth within the region. 

Lea was most recently the Managing Director of Commercial for EE, BT’s consumer division, a role she held for three years.

Freshworks Inc., announced the appointment of Johanna Jackman as the company’s new Chief People Officer (CPO). Johanna joins the executive team and reports to Freshwork’s Chief Executive Officer Girish Mathrubootham and President Dennis Woodside. Jackman will be responsible for the company’s global human resources strategy and operations, which oversees HR business partnerships, talent acquisition and employee development, facilities, compensation and benefits, corporate social responsibility programs, and diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. 

Stone Junction has expanded both its language base and its scientific expertise with two new hires. Emma Walker is a fluent Spanish and Chinese graduate, meaning the agency now offers 13 languages overall, while Aimee Catlow studied biomedical sciences.

The combination of technical expertise in a range of STEM subjects and established international media relations through language proficiency puts Stone Junction in a unique position to serve specialised PR needs. This niche allows the company to continue growing, having moved to an office more than twice the size and created two new shareholders in the last three months.

Digital experience intelligence (DXI) provider FullStory has today appointed Lindsay Bayuk as its new Chief Marketing Officer.

Bayuk joins FullStory following seven years at Pluralsight, where she was instrumental in creating their enterprise expansion strategy and category leadership position. In her new role she will oversee all aspects of FullStory’s global marketing, guided by her strong track record of building and leading successful marketing organisations.

FullStory, a digital experience and data platform, today announced the appointment of Lindsay Bayuk as Chief Marketing Officer. Bayuk brings nearly 15 years of marketing and technology experience to the FullStory leadership team. Most recently, she served as CMO at Pluralsight, whereshe was instrumental in creating their enterprise expansion strategy and category leadership position.

In her new role, Bayuk will oversee all aspects of FullStory’s global marketing with a focus on helping companies use insights from FullStory’s complete customer data to deliver exceptional digital products and experiences.
