Digital marketing group Incubeta has announced the acquisition of Extendo, a data-driven marketing solutions provider, as part of its plans to expand its global presence into Latin America. The latest addition to the group will enable Incubeta to drive growth for clients, while strengthening the relationship it currently has with Google.
Mexico-headquartered Extendo specialises in digital marketing, data analytics, and data engineering. The agency is a Certified Google Marketing Platform Sales Partner, and boasts clients including Coca-Cola, Walmart, Viva Aerobús, and Samsonite. Its acquisition opens the door for Incubeta to boost its local expertise, and expand its capabilities to drive true business growth for its customers.
