Talent Tracker: Wagawin, The Ozone Project, MSix, Imagination, Speed, TMW and more

Denise Breslin, previously Co-Founder & Managing Director, Mobsta, has been appointed as the new VP Sales, UK at Wagawin, a Munich-based marketing technology company. To date, Wagawin has concentrated on Europe and the Southeast Asian market and is now ready to take on the UK. Wagawin’s proprietary technology, LivingAds, offers an easily adoptable advertising solution through interactive mobile ad experiences. By engaging audiences directly on their mobile devices and unlocking their personal preferences, LivingAds gather more data than traditional marketing technologies.

The Ozone Project has promoted both James Phillips and Joel Woodage to the newly-formed role of Agency Hub Lead, reporting to Agency Sales Director, Natalie Dawson. Prior to their promotions, James and Joel both held the position of Senior Agency Sales Partner – a role each has held since joining Ozone in January 2019 and August 2019 respectively. In their new roles, each will take responsibility for revenue delivery and relationship management with their hub colleagues across their agency patches; James overseeing Publicis, Dentsu, IPG and Havas, with Joel focused on the independent agency market. 

m/SIX, the global media network has made four key appointments in the UK; strengthening its client team with three new hires including UK Chief Client Officer and promoting their Head of Digital to Chief Digital Officer. The last year has seen m/SIX UK grow by over 20%, with four new wins in the last six months, including National Express. Starting today, the agency has appointed Victoria Bickle as UK Chief Client Officer, Stacey Perry as Chief Digital Officer, Laura Sweeney as FMCG Client Lead and Patrick Minard as Performance Client Lead.

Imagination, the Global Experience Design Company, has announced Richard Hannah’s appointment as Managing Director for Imagination UK. In this role, Richard will report to Imagination’s CEO, Patrick Reid, and will oversee all client and business needs for the UK, focusing on driving growth in Imagination’s core offers – Consulting, Destinations, Content and Live.

TMW UNLIMITED has appointed Emma Norman and Karen Morris to senior leadership roles. Emma Norman promoted to Chief Client Officer and Karen Morris to Client Services Director, strengthening female leadership. In Norman’s new role, she will oversee and enhance client relationships across the agency’s three locations London, Reading and Bristol, with a roster of clients including Vodafone, BMW, Sony, Ferrero, Diet Coke, Microsoft and Toyota. 

Strategic brand design agency Bulletproof has announced the appointment of Jordan Assender, who joins the London studio as Motion Director. He brings a wealth of expertise, having worked on animated content for brands such as Pepsi, Smirnoff and KFC.

Ecommerce agency Bring Digital has hired three new department heads amid record growth at the company. Samantha Adams begins her time as Head of Paid Media Operations at Bring after a five-year tenure at MediaCom, where she was PPC Group Head. Ryan White, previously at Banc Media and leading equipment hire supplier HSS Hire, joins the team as Head of SEO. Colin Dargue joins Bring Digital from PPC agency Clickoo to take up the role of Head of Paid Social.

OggaDoon, the Guerrilla PR and Digital Marketing business, has announced the appointment of Nicola Finn to Head of PR, Finn brings with her more than 20 years of agency and in-house experience, from a diverse range of B2B and B2C companies; working with a range of Fortune 500 companies, as well as start-ups.

Delphix, the data company for DevOps, today announced the appointment of Tammi Warfield as Senior Vice President of Customer Success. Based in Houston, Texas, Warfield will be responsible for the Delphix Customer Success and Technical Support organisations globally with a focus on scaling those teams for Delphix’s next level of growth.  

Checkit has announced the appointment of Kit Kyte as Chief Executive Officer to lead the company’s continuing international growth in the provision of intelligent operations management. Kit Kyte joined Checkit in February as Chief Commercial Officer and has overseen the transformation of sales and marketing to drive significant growth in prospective revenue. He was previously Vice President of digital transformation services specialist Genpact.

PR and communications consultancy, Speed has today announced three new senior promotions to maximise growth for the agency in key sectors.Clare Cooper has been promoted to Client Service Director, with Helen Collingborn and Laura Murphy appointed Heads of Foodservice & Hospitality and Health & Wellbeing respectively.

Liberty Charge, the joint venture created by Liberty Global and Zouk Capital to roll out on-street electric vehicle charging points in the UK, has appointed Shaun Quirk as COO. The appointment reflects the recent growth of the Liberty Charge and comes ahead of a period of major activity as on-street EV charging looks set to take off in the UK. It also follows the company’s first major deployment in the UK earlier this year – 20 units in the London borough of Waltham Forest – and ahead of a pipeline of several further sites with a number of Local Authorities.
