International fashion TV channel FashionTV (FTV) has unveiled its first branded residential tower with real estate developer Danube Properties in Dubai.
Located in Jumeirah Village Triangle, the luxury tower, called ‘Fashionz’, will feature more than 700 apartments over 65 floors, with prices on the apartments starting at Dh 850,000 (£186,270).

The building, due to open by December 2026, will have more than 40 amenities for residents, including an FTV gym, an FTV rooftop bar with swimming pool, FTV restaurants and cafes, as well as a Zumba and dance studio, meditation zone, trampoline park, fashion ramp, skating rink, outdoor cinema, a Japanese garden, a doctor on call, and much more.
With Fashionz, Danube Properties’ current development portfolio includes 22 projects and 10,713 units, including the Pearlz, Gemz, Opalz, Petalz, and Elitz projects launched last year. The developer recently sold out Viewz – it’s DH 2.05 billion project with Aston Martin.
