Incubeta expands in APAC with acquisition of Persuasion Technologies

International digital marketing partner Incubeta has announced its acquisition of Persuasion Technologies, a Google Cloud Platform certified partner. This strategic merger significantly enhances Incubeta’s capabilities in leveraging advanced analytics and cloud technology to redefine marketing effectiveness and campaign optimisation.

Founded in 2010, Persuasion Technologies is a Google Cloud Partner (GCP) in the APAC region, displaying an advanced specialisation in marketing analytics. Having driven ROI and marketing analytics for over 500 companies, including globally recognised brands such as Wing Tai Group, its Google Cloud Partner status showcases the technical proficiency, innovation, and quality in the implementation of Google Cloud solutions.

The integration of the two companies will allow Incubeta to offer deeper insights into consumer behavior and campaign performance, empowering clients to achieve optimised marketing outcomes with greater accuracy and efficiency.

Persuasion Technologies also offers clients its own proprietary marketing and customer data warehouse, Datalaksa, with advanced data analytics, dashboarding, and marketing automation capabilities.

The acquisition deal has been signed but completion is subject to customary closing conditions.
