Investis Digital enhances senior leadership team with a Worldwide Chief Creative Officer, Chief Product Officer and Global Head of Performance Marketing

Investis Digital (iDX) has announced the addition of three strategic and creative technology appointees to its worldwide leadership team.

Global CEO Myles Peacock has appointed Ferdi Wieling as Worldwide Chief Creative Officer, Stefan Bardega as Global Head of Performance Marketing, and Apeksha Mishra as Worldwide Chief Product Officer.

Wieling, Bardega and Mishra possess deep experience in transforming iconic brands for the digital age through creativity, content and product innovation.

Wieling joins as iDX’s Chief Creative Officer. Most recently, Wieling served as the Global Head of Design and Executive Creative Director at Critical Mass, where he worked closely with global brands to reimagine their digital strategies and ultimately transform their businesses. He has more than 20 years of industry experience, holding roles at PwC and Reading Room, where he worked with legendary brands like Mars Wrigley, Diageo, Nike, Apple, BNY Mellon, NHS, Mitsubishi Motors, Citi, Infiniti, Clarence House and Philips.

Bardega has been named Global Head of Performance Marketing. He comes to iDX following his role as the co-founder of a leading UK performance marketing talent platform,  as well as serving as the former President of iProspect EMEA, and will build upon that foundation in his newly appointed position. At iDX, he will help lead a team of more than 400 specialized marketing experts and freelance consultants across the U.S. and Europe. His remit is to drive client growth through performance marketing and further expand iDX’s capabilities across channels and markets.

Mishra moves to Worldwide Chief Product Officer after a proven track record of transforming and future-proofing iDX’s product strategy—while also differentiating its user experience—while previously serving as VP of Product. Known within the industry for her expertise in data analytics and taxonomy, she previously held key roles at Oracle, Essence, Rakuten Advertising and XLMedia.
