Nest Commerce has made a senior hire, appointing Lucy Downing as the company’s first client Director. Nest Commerce is a fast-growing paid social and creative agency that brings a bold perspective to brands such as Ted Baker, Decathlon, ME+EM and Crew Clothing. Downing’s role will be focused on client retention and growth, working with the agency’s growing portfolio of clients and 50 paid social marketers running campaigns on platforms including Meta and TikTok. She has 15 years of digital experience working across agency and in-house roles working with retail brands including The Body Shop, Mothercare, Tesco, Dr Martens and Burberry. 

Vivaldi, the independent global business and brand transformation firm has announced the appointment of Michael Monheim as Partner, Media & Entertainment. Monheim’s role will involve working with the consultancy’s existing roster of companies and growing its portfolio in the media & entertainment space on brand, business growth and transformation. Formerly the Vice President of Business Development for AccuWeather, facilitating partnerships in Europe and Latin America, Monheim brings decades of experience working in media and international markets. He previously helped grow the Axel Springer Group into a leading digital publisher and expanded its footprint in the Americas.

Brett Edgar has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, North America, the first North American CEO VCCP in our 20-year history. Edgar joins the agency from 72andSunny, where she served as President. In her new role, Edgar will be responsible for overseeing the group’s New York office and its agency in San Francisco, M/H, as well as growing the business and further strengthening VCCP’s position within the North American market. Fiverr International Ltd., has announced the release of a new hero campaign, “Team Up.” The new set of ads are a first for the company, as it targets much of its marketing and advertising to focus on mid to large sized businesses. The new business-to-business (B2B) approach comes as a result of an increasing number of companies flexing their in-house talent with freelance talent to increase adaptability, productivity and manage scalability. The “Team Up” hero video leads viewers into an office setting where employees are celebrating a farewell party for Marco, who turns out to be a remote freelancer on Fiverr and not an in-office employee. The concept and creative for “Team Up” was developed in-house from Fiverr’s creative team, a company-first compared to its previous brand campaigns, with additional assets provided by Fiverr talent. 

Pangiam has announced the appointment of Steven Greenway as President, Pangiam Commercial. In this role, Greenway will focus his more than two decades of commercial airline leadership experience on continuing Pangiam’s expansive growth in the secure movement of people and goods. Greenway has more than 20 years of global experience as an airline executive. His focus was often on digital leadership, loyalty, and rapid sustainable growth, with emphasis on guiding Low Coast Carriers (LCC). Steven was a founding member and Chief Commercial Officer for Peach, All Nippon Airways successful LCC; and Scoot, Singapore Airlines’ mid to long-haul LCC; plus, CEO of reward-U, the pioneering LCC loyalty/everyday program of HK Express. Most recently, he was President of Swoop, Canada’s first Ultra Low-Cost Carrier, and a subsidiary of the WestJet Group.
