Board International has announced the appointment of Mandy Jeffery as Chief People Officer.  Mandy Jeffery is the former Vice President of People at Workday, a SaaS leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, where she played a key role in helping the organization scale and grow across EMEA and APJ.  Prior to Workday, Jeffery was Senior Director of HR Operations at Verifone, the global ecommerce and digital payments leader, responsible for international regions. 

Fox Agency, an integrated B2B tech marketing specialist, has welcomed Phil Stott into the role of Client Strategy Director. Stott’s most recent roles were at Jaywing as Client Director and at Brass where he was Strategic Planning Director. At Fox Agency, Stott will be providing expert strategic direction across global marketing strategy, brand, content, digital campaigns and more. He’ll also be supporting across wider strategic briefs for key accounts, as well as supporting on pitches.

Ogury has announced the promotion of Benjamin Lanfry to the position of Chief Supply Officer. In this new role, Lanfry will be in charge of defining Ogury’s global supply strategy and work closely with executive leadership to turn the company into an even more trusted monetization partner for in-app and web publishers. Lanfry initially joined Ogury in 2020 as Global VP Publisher Partnerships. In his former position, Lanfry’s mission was to define the company’s vision, go-to-market strategy and build the global teams to launch and grow Ogury’s mobile web offering. In the last 2 years, he has built a team of 25 talented individuals across 14 countries, responsible for launching and nurturing over 200 partnerships with leading publishers.

Yext, Inc., the Answers Company, has announced that Raianne Reiss, a veteran with more than 20 years of global technology marketing experience, has joined Yext as Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead the company’s ambitious growth objectives. Reiss will report directly to Marc Ferrentino, President and Chief Operating Officer, and will serve on Yext’s leadership team. With extensive marketing, product, and sales leadership experience from Elastic, Amazon Web Services, Juniper Networks, Tellabs, and 3Com, Reiss will be a strong asset to Yext in fueling the next phase of company growth. Reiss will oversee Yext’s global marketing organization and be responsible for building and strengthening the Yext brand and increasing demand for Yext solutions globally. 

Digital content agency and media network Little Dot Studios (an All3Media company), has appointed Chris Imlach as its new Head of Paid Media. In this newly created role, Imlach will report to Wayne Davison, Chief Sales Officer and MD International and will be responsible for the business’ UK Paid Media division. Imlach brings over a decade of digital paid experience. Prior to Little Dot Studios, he worked at both start-ups and some of the world’s largest agency groups, such as Publicis, OMD and, most recently, WPP.

Leaseweb Global, a hosting and cloud services company, has announced the appointment of Richard Copeland as chief executive officer of Leaseweb USA. Copeland succeeds Lex Boost, who served as CEO since 2016 and is departing the company. Copeland, who joined Leaseweb USA in 2013, has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales growth, market share and customer satisfaction in the U.S. He most recently served as Leaseweb USA’s Director of Sales and developed the sales organization from the ground up into a multi-discipline team comprising of account management, inside sales, business development, customer success, sales support, pre-sales engineering, and contract management.

Leeds-based PR and brand communications agency Aberfield Communications is structuring for further growth with the appointment of Erin Jones and Ben Ormsby as senior PR consultants. Erin Jones joins the agency from Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All where she was head of marketing and communications. She brings with her eight years of industry experience both in-house and agency side working on consumer, influencer and B2B campaigns across sectors including travel, construction, utilities, healthcare and education. Ben Ormsby joins Aberfield from TheBusinessDesk.com, where he was the Yorkshire editor covering the latest business news and affairs from across the county and was a key part in shaping its new media output throughout the pandemic.

Hawk Platform is continuing to expand its UK team to deliver on the evolving needs of the agencies and brands using its cross-channel advertising and insights technology. Aminur Rahman joins the media and insights platform as head of advertising operations, while new account director Josh Hitchcock will look after Hawk’s agency clients, including Dentsu and GroupM. Rahman will oversee Hawk’s managed service clients as well as those that use the self-service platform offering, working with them to enable them to maximise all the benefits of the technology with campaigns that are fully optimised and evolving. Hitchcock will also focus on ensuring the platform is delivering full value to clients. Leading the Hawk teams for Dentsu and GroupM as well as other key agencies, he will collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop strategies that see brand advertisers exploit every element of Hawk’s media and insights technology.

Umbraco, the open-source content management system pioneer, has appointed Javier Miranda as chief marketing officer to drive the company’s international growth. Javier Miranda was formerly CMO at sustainability app company, Too Good To Go, where, within five years, he built the team from 5 to 1500 people, expanded to 16 countries and attracted 60 million app users to fight food waste in Europe and North America.

Independent media agency for dynamic growth brands, The Specialist Works, part of What’s Possible Group, has announced the appointment of Lee Baring as Managing Partner, Implementation Planning. Baring will be responsible for leading all specialist teams that span AV, Publishing, Online, Radio and OOH, and help deliver the best work and market-leading solutions for clients. Baring was previously at VCCP Media for nine years, four of which as Head of Investment, where he oversaw and nurtured the growth of the agency. Baring has also had previous roles at Sony, ITV, MCS and Havas. This is a newly created role within The Specialist Works leadership team and comes as the business enjoys exponential growth within What’s Possible Group.

Sales powered B2B marketing agency Punch! B2B has announced a new hire in its senior management team as it moves to the next stage of growth. Stephen Johnson joins the agency as account director, bringing more than 20 years of experience working at marketing agencies and in-house across global brands. Johnson’s arrival builds on Punch! B2B’s ambitious plans for growth as it expands its global B2B client portfolio, which already includes businesses such as Expleo, Iron Mountain and Basware. Johnson will lead on developing and delivering strategic B2B campaigns to build trust and brand awareness and boost growth, supporting directors Danny Philamond and Chrissie Bond and the wider management team.
