JDO has announced a round of key appointments including Damian Hughes as Lead CGI Artist – Image and Motion. Hughes is a seasoned creative with extensive expertise and experience as a CGI artist, art director and visualiser. He has sharpened his skills at agencies such as McCann Erickson, Wellcom Worldwide and AMVBBDO. In his previous position as Image Creation Director at Design Bridge, he led a team of 3D digital artists and animators in the creation of high-end CGI, illustrations and films for such notable brands as Diageo, Unilever and Reckitt Benckiser.
JDO are also welcoming Justine Guicherd and Jess Fox to their client service team, further strengthening the agency’s delivery of world-class creativity to their portfolio of global clients. Guicherd joins as Senior Client Director, bringing extensive international experience working with prominent beauty brands such as Revlon and Mustela as well as with notable global brands Diageo, Nestlé and GSK. Prior to her JDO appointment, Guicherd worked at Elmwood London and Force Majeure NYC. Fox, who joins as Senior Account Manager, previously worked at JKR and Butterfly Cannon and brings robust FMCG and spirits experience.

Global IT services provider, Netcompany has appointed Richard Davies as Country Managing Partner in a move to expand company growth and prevalence in the UK market. With over 20 years’ experience of leading major digital innovation and digital transformation projects, Davies will work closely with existing customers and engage new relationships across key markets. Prior to joining Netcompany, Davies was Vice President at DXC Technology where he led digital business initiatives across major clients in Europe as well as being Managing Director of DXC’s Leading Edge Forum Programme (LEF).
HeleCloud, an AWS Premier Consulting Partner based in the UK, Bulgaria and the Netherlands, has announced the appointment of Walter Heck as Group Chief Technology Officer. In his new role as CTO, Heck will be primarily responsible for maintaining this growth by expanding HeleCloud’s technical offerings to its customers and working to attract the best AWS consultants. Based in the Netherlands, Heck moves to the role, having spent the last two years as HeleCloud’s Netherlands CTO, where he was responsible for ensuring HeleCloud Netherland’s operation had the technical excellence expected of an AWS infrastructure specialist. Before joining HeleCloud, Heck was CEO of DevOps service provider OlinData, which HeleCloud subsequently acquired.
Global fund data and technology group FE fundinfo has extended its ESG reporting capabilities with the appointment of Sebastian Brinkmann as its new ESG Strategist. With more than 15 years of experience across the industry pioneering sustainable investing, Brinkmann has worked as a consultant, project manager and strategist on a multitude of ESG-related issues. He joins FE fundinfo from TruValue Labs, where he most recently held the position of Head of ESG Solutions for Europe at the San Francisco headquartered ESG data specialist.
Unisys Corporation has announced that Dwayne L. Allen has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, Solution Innovation and Architecture, reporting to Chair and Chief Executive Officer Peter Altabef. Allen joins Unisys from Microsoft, where he was a Global Digital Strategist working with the company’s major clients in multiple industries on reimagining their business models, driving outcomes through digital innovation and revolutionizing their customers’ experience. Prior to his tenure at Microsoft, Allen has also held positions such as Chief Information Officer at Masonite International and Divisional CIO of the Components Business Segment for Cummins. Allen has also held senior IT positions at Fifth Third Bank and Wells Fargo. He began his career at global hospitality company Marriott International.
Auth0, the identity platform for application teams, has announced that Lucy McGrath has been appointed as the company’s first Vice President of Privacy. McGrath is an international data privacy lawyer and will be responsible for enabling Auth0 and its customers to continue to solve dynamic privacy challenges and protect the users and other humans impacted by their work. McGrath has 20 years of diverse data privacy experience working with Fortune 500 brands, including Thermo Fisher Scientific, Promontory Financial Group (an IBM Company), NBCUniversal, Salesforce, and TJX Europe.
Amy Grimshaw joins Clarity, a global integrated communications agency, in the role of Associate Director and will sit on the London senior leadership team. Based in Clarity’s London office and reporting to Clarity’s President, EMEA, Rachel Gilley, Grimshaw brings over 12 years of experience to the Clarity team. Metapraxis, the financial analytics technology business, has announced that Jacqueline de Rojas, CBE, previously an advisor to Metapraxis, has been appointed as Chair of the Board of Directors. Rojas is President of techUK and Co-Chair of the Institute of Coding. Additionally, she serves as Non-Executive Director on the boards of Rightmove, Costain Group and FDM Group plc. She is active in government circles to create conditions for the technology industry to thrive. UK Amazon agency Venture Forge has welcomed two new Amazon account managers to its team. Michael Kahn joins the team as a Senior Amazon Account Manager and will be working remotely from Israel while Sam Ross will join as an Amazon Account Manager and will be based in West Yorkshire. Kahn previously held a position at online marketplace agency Active8. Before this Michael created and sold private label brands via Amazon and has an academic background in Chinese and Business as a graduate of The University of Nottingham. Ross also brings own brand growth experience to the role, having created and built his brand Generation Skincare into a number one Amazon bestseller.

Havas Entertainment, part of Havas Media Group, has announced the appointment of Sarah Leccacorvi to the newly created dual role of Head of Creative and Content, and Joint Head of JUMP, the content and partnerships division which now sits within the recently launched entertainment offering. Leccacorvi joins Havas Entertainment following six years at O2, where she was most recently Head of Content, responsible for defining and setting out the strategic direction for the telecoms brand’s content team. During her time there, she oversaw a number of award-winning content initiatives, from O2 Travel Fan, a six-part series on the Rugby World Cup filmed in Japan (created in partnership with JUMP) through to collaborations with music artists on new technology. In her new role, Leccacorvi will head up creative and content at Havas Entertainment while jointly running JUMP’s 50-strong team alongside its other joint head, Terri Squibb, who is also Head of Partnerships.
