Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness UK has appointed Dr Kathryn Stewart as Head of Strategy, effective immediately. Stewart will focus on expanding the breadth of the agency’s strategic capabilities and leading the development of the team. This will include broadening the team’s expertise across the full spectrum of commercial and brand strategy to meet healthcare clients’ need for transformation. She will report to Siân Dodwell, Chief Strategy Officer, Publicis Health UK, and Katie McMorran, Group Managing Director, Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness UK.
Global integrated B2B technology marketing and PR specialist Fox Agency has made two senior hires to bolster its UK team. James Holland joins Fox Agency as Head of Creative from The Marketing Practice, where he was Senior Creative Director of the US team. Holland brings over 20 years’ experience of delivering creative strategies for major brands, including British Airways, Visa, Accenture, Palo Alto Networks, PwC, Genetec and Nutanix. In addition, George Sanders joins as Head of Growth for the UK and Europe, where he will lead business expansion and provide strategic consultancy to clients. With past roles as Growth Director at WPP creative agency VML and Head of Growth at Earnest, he has previously worked with the likes of Google, Vodafone, and Samsung.
KOMI Group [KOMI], the Manchester-based global digital media business, has announced the promotions of three senior leaders, following a period of record-breaking growth. Sian Broderick has been appointed Managing Director of KOMI Publishing, while Terry Pierce steps into the role of Group Operations Director, and Rachel Latham becomes Group Finance Director. Data protection company Commvault has appointed Bill O’Connell as its Chief Security Officer (CSO). O’Connell joins Commvault with nearly 20 years of cybersecurity, risk, and data privacy experience, including prior leadership roles at Roche and ADP. He previously served as Chair of the National Cyber Security Alliance Board of Directors and remains actively involved in various industry working groups focused on threat intelligence and privacy.
M-Cube, an in-store digital solutions provider, has appointed two senior executives as part of its growth and investment plan. Gianluca Pasquali has been appointed as M-Cube’s Group Chief Executive Officer. With a distinguished career spanning over a decade at Vodafone, Gianluca has held key executive roles at both Vodafone Italy and Vodafone Group. Joining Pasquali is Markus Korn, who has been appointed as M-Cube’s new Chief Sales Officer. Industrial software company AVEVA has appointed Sébastien Ory, as EMEA VP in charge of the partner and distributor network. VP of AVEVA Southern Europe since 2022 and President of AVEVA France since 2023, Sébastien now replaces Karine Calvet while remaining President of AVEVA France. In this new role, he will oversee the relationships with the various stakeholders involved in the distribution of AVEVA software and will have direct responsibility for more than forty employees spread across the EMEA region.
