Ozone has appointed Jhan Hancock-Rushton to the position of Client Director. Reporting directly to Craig Tuck, Chief Revenue Officer, Jhan replaces outgoing client lead Sophie Raptis, who is relocating to Australia. Jhan will be responsible for building and nurturing Ozone’s direct relationships with advertiser clients.

Jhan joins Ozone with a wealth of experience gained across two decades working in premium publishing, most recently as publisher at The Stylist Group. Prior to that, Jhan held numerous senior advertising director roles at hugely influential media brands including British Vogue, Hearst and Time Inc.

Team ITG, the technology-led, multichannel marketing activation business, has appointed Natalie Somerville as Global Managing Partner to drive the company’s international expansion through global partnerships. Somerville will be tasked with growing the business overseas, overseeing new partnerships, major campaigns, and delivering Team ITG’s services across global markets. Prior to her new role, Somerville held senior marketing and consulting positions across major retailers and brands such as Tesco, Camelot, B&Q, Sainsbury’s and Asda, where she led on campaign strategies and forming partnerships.

Digital marketing group, Incubeta, has announced the appointment of Andrew Watson as Marketplaces Director, UK. With more than seven years of experience at Amazon Ads, Watson will drive strong growth via Incubeta’s eCommerce marketplaces. At Incubeta, Watson has been tasked with onboarding new accounts as well as working with the company’s established portfolio of clients that include Unilever, Tony’s Chocolonely, and VTech. He will work with the Marketplaces team to continue delivering outstanding results for clients by finding new avenues for growth and ensuring best-in-class advertising, listings, content, strategy and sales. Watson joins from Amazon Ads’ Global Growth Sales division where he was Advertising Sales Manager. His responsibilities included managing sales teams of early and mid-career stage talent to launch and grow Amazon Ads investment for businesses of all sizes. During his seven years at Amazon, he worked across a number of categories supporting the launch of Ad products such as Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, and the integration of interactive livestreaming service, Twitch.

Brook Hoy has been hired as AnalyticsIQ’s first Vice President of Product Management.
