IDHL acquires marketing and comms business The MTM Agency

Digital agency IDHL has announced the acquisition of marketing and communications business The MTM Agency.

IDHL has made the acquisition to accelerate its ability to deliver across the entire communications landscape. MTM will give the agency complementary capabilities in creative, strategy and insight, influencer marketing, and PR.

With the deal, IDHL will gain more than 80 new colleagues in Southampton, expanding the agency’s UK footprint which already includes teams in London, Leeds, and Manchester.
