Talent Tracker: Havas, Publicis, Glovo, VaynerMedia, and more

Havas has promoted François Laroze to Global Chief Operating Officer, in addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer. In this new role, Laroze will work closely with the members of the Group’s Executive Committee and his team to ensure that the goals disclosed to the financial market are met in both the short- and medium-term. He will focus on guaranteeing the Group achieves organic growth through client retention, new business, and in-business development. Additionally, he will dedicate efforts to increasing the profitability ratio, by maintaining a strong focus on cost management and ensuring recurrent cash flow generation.

Publicis Pro, Publicis Groupe’s B2B arm, has hired Zoë Hadsley as Head of Media to lead its international media practice and join its senior leadership team. She’s tasked with applying adtech and data-driven strategies to drive innovation and growth for Publicis Pro clients. Hadsley joins from independent B2B agency True, where she led its media team and scaled their media offering. Before that, she worked at Joe Media, heading up the programmatic, data, and ad operations teams in the UK. Earlier, she worked at eBay and Clear Channel Media.

Delivery app Glovo has announced the appointment of Connie Kwok as Vice President of Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce). Kwok joins Glovo to drive the global growth of the vertical. She will be focusing on expanding the grocery and retail categories and optimising customer and partner experience. Kwok’s goal also includes driving the evolution of ecommerce into Q-Commerce. Before joining Glovo, Kwok was a Partner in the retail practice at Bain & Company. She also held leadership roles at Amazon, serving as General Manager and Technical Advisor in both Europe and Asia.

VaynerMedia EMEA has announced a new senior hire with the addition of Esme Rice, who will lead their regional influencer marketing team. Rice joins from Mindshare, where she was Worldwide Influencer Practice Lead. Prior to this, she held other Directorship roles at Mindshare, was Marketing Director at Tallify, and Marketing Manager at The Goat Agency. Rice’s follows the recent promotion of Marcus Krzastek to President, EMEA and APAC for VaynerMedia.

Independent marketing agency PMG has bolstered its executive team, welcoming Andrea Terrassa as its first Chief Operating Officer. Reporting to CEO & Founder George Popstefanov, Terrassa will drive operational excellence and sustainable efficiencies across the organisation. She joins PMG following a seven-year stint at Dentsu, where she served most recently as COO for Dentsu Americas. As Global COO of Dentsu Creative, Terrassa established and launched the business in 2022. Previously, she held COO roles at 360i and WPP’s Red Fuse Communications, following a career ascent through various account management and leadership roles at Y&R.

Untold Fable, a production company focused on driving DEI within advertising, has hired former Buzzfeed Creative Production Manager Shyanne Wester to lead the company’s expansion into the US market. Reporting directly to CEO and Founder Kate Tancred, Wester joins as Executive Producer. She will be responsible for growing the company’s presence across North America and supporting its growing list of US-based clients. Prior to joining Untold Fable, Wester worked with Mass Appeal where, as a line producer, she managed a $3 million budget spearheading episodic content for brands such as Adidas and Google. She was also a Supervising Producer at Skillshare.

Digital creative agency Collective has made three senior promotions as it looks to accelerate its expansion in the 3D and emerging technology space. Carly Hackett has been promoted to Managing Partner, focusing exclusively on the growth and strategic direction of Collective’s 3D division. Reporting to Founding Partner Stephen Barnes, she is tasked with shaping the vision for 3D content production, driving innovation, and solidifying Collective’s position in the future of digital experiences. Stephane Bourez has been appointed Head of 3D and Emerging Technology, leading Collective’s investment in future-facing technology. Meanwhile, Bora Demirblek has been promoted to Head of Creative Technology. He will lead the creative tech team and oversee the development of a structured training and onboarding programme.

fifty-five, a Brandtech Group-owned data company, has appointed a trio of analytic and consulting hires across its London division to support strategic growth in 2025. Lauren Wainwright has been appointed as a Consulting Director, returning to the business following a stint at Publicis. Analytics Manager Rodney Perry joins from Making Science. Analytics Engineer Chris Nesbitt joins from Ocado.

Brand experience agency Sparks has appointed Caroline Sparkes as Director of International Marketing. Reporting to CMO Kristy Elisano and SVP International Jason Megson, Sparkes will be responsible for helping to shape the next phase of the agency’s international growth. Her career includes leadership roles at ustwo, George P. Johnson, Critical Mass, Momentum and, most recently, as Consultant and Co-founder of Outskirt Collective.

Out-of-home advertising company Wilkins Media has announced its expansion into the UK with the appointments of Donald Fenton, Gareth Prest, and Keith Lammie as Directors of Client Partnerships, as well as Shalima Koroma as a Supervisor of Account Service and Eeva Makisalo as Supervisor of Programmatic.

SocialChain has appointed Mike Scott as Executive Creative Director. He will report directly to SocialChain’s CEO, Jacinta Faul and will be responsible for building on the agency’s social-first creative vision, supporting and driving cutting-edge creativity for ambitious clients including SharkNinja, Linkedin and Holland & Barrett.  Scott joins the SocialChain from THG and THG Studios, where he spent eleven years.
