Creative production agency Transmission has announced the appointment of Andreas Ohlbach as Head of Client Services. In his new role, Ohlbach will lead strategic client relationships and support growth across key accounts, including prospective and high-growth brands in the tech, automotive and lifestyle sectors. Prior to his role at Transmission, Ohlbach served as Managing Director at NOAH, where he worked across Suzuki, Allianz Partners, and Kikkoma. Before this, he was the Managing Director of B2B brand specialist, TRUE, for almost four years, working on key aspects, such as client satisfaction and excellence in campaign delivery across all touchpoints. As well as this, Ohlbach has also held senior roles at BBH London and Sapient with clients, such as Virgin Media and Tesco Mobile.  Â
Monday.com has announced Harris Beber’s appointment as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), effective 3 July, 2025. Beber brings over two decades of marketing leadership. Most recently, he led global marketing for Google Workspace, helping launch, monetise, and drive adoption of AI innovations across the full product suite. Prior to that, he was CMO at Waze, where he scaled global marketing efforts and helped lead the integration across Google’s Geo portfolio, and at Vimeo, where, as CMO, he played a key role in taking the company public, tripling its user base, and growing revenue by 400%. He also served as CMO of The Nature’s Bounty Co. and held senior marketing roles at Amazon and Shutterfly. Based in Monday.com’s New York office, Beber will report to Co-founders and Co-CEOs Roy Mann and Eran Zinman. He will lead the global marketing organisation, overseeing all facets of the company’s marketing strategy — including brand, performance, demand generation, communications, and beyond.
Marketing cloud provider Mapp has announced the appointment of Susie Stanford to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director (NED). Stanford brings nearly two decades of experience investing in and scaling technology-enabled consumer businesses. She joins following almost a decade at Livingbridge, a growth equity firm backing consumer technology businesses in the UK, US, and Australia. This included World of Books Group, Forge Holiday Group, and Loveholidays. Prior to this she held investment roles at Blue Coast Capital, Sapinda and Goldman Sachs.
The World Out of Home Organization (WOO) has appointed two new directors: Ocean Outdoor Chairman Tim Bleakley and Multiply Group Head of Media and Communication Vertical Jawad Hassan. Simultaneously, Clear Channel CMO Martin Corke is rotating off the board. Bleakley recently launched the MOCA movement (Make Outdoor Creative again) to highlight the need for creative innovation and fresh thinking. Hassan played a leading role in bringing together three regional brands – Media 247, Viola Communications, and BackLite Media – in the Multiply portfolio. This appointment gives WOO board representation in the Gulf Cooperation Council.
Alteryx, an AI and data analytics company, has announced the appointment of Michelle Huff as Chief Marketing Officer to lead the company’s marketing strategy. Bringing more than 25 years of experience driving marketing and go-to-market strategies, Huff will oversee all aspects of Alteryx’s global marketing initiatives, including: product marketing, brand positioning, customer advocacy and demand generation. Under Huff’s leadership, the company aims to accelerate market momentum and overall business growth globally.
Laetitia Lim, current CEO of Quividi, has joined OOH Capital, an out-of-home consultancy. Lim has over 20 years of leadership experience across the tech, retail, and consumer industries. She has held senior roles in both startups and global corporations.
Shopthru, an embedded checkout platform, has announced that Mark Walters, former CEO of Awin, has joined the Board.
