Talent Tracker: Untold Fable, PushON, ITV

Untold Fable – a tech-powered production company on a mission to drive greater diversity, equity and inclusion within advertising – has hired former BENlabs senior director Lynsey Hossman as its new Client Partnerships Director. An accomplished leader in brand partnerships and influencer marketing at companies including Linqia and Condé Nast, Hossman will be responsible for leading the company’s commercial growth across the U.S market – forging new partnerships with brands and agencies and expanding its footprint in the region. Part of the AnalogFolk Group, Untold Fable connects brands to a global network of over 6,000 filmmakers across 100+ countries. 

Manchester-based Ecommerce agency PushON has appointed Alex Duthie as its new Head of Strategy. Duthie brings a wealth of experience from some of Manchester’s most respected agencies, including McCann Connected, House Digital, Custard, Anything Is Possible, and Return. He is also no stranger to PushON, having previously worked at the agency as a content marketing manager. His return comes after eight years, during which he has held several senior leadership roles, including Managing Director at Custard, where he played a pivotal role in securing its merger with Anything Is Possible. In his new role at PushON, Duthie will work across the agency’s client portfolio, ensuring that digital strategies are insight-driven, bold, and aligned with business goals.

ITV has announced the appointment of Matthew O’Shea as Technology Director for ITV Studios. O’Shea, a skilled technologist with over 30 years of experience in technology and business transformation, will report into Simon Farnsworth, ITV CTO, with an additional reporting line into David McGraynor, Chief Operating Officer, ITV Studios. He will lead a team responsible for the design, implementation, and support of technology solutions that enable ITV Studios to produce and deliver world-class content efficiently and effectively. In this pivotal role, O’Shea will shape and deliver the technology strategy that underpins ITV Studios’ content creation, production, and distribution. This includes digital transformation initiatives to optimise workflows and enhance content delivery, creating new business opportunities and will work closely with other Technology teams within ITV. 

ROAST has announced the promotion of George Stolton to Head of Performance Media, a newly created role in the agency. Previously, Stolton held the position of Head of Biddable. In this new position, Stolton will oversee the full spectrum of performance media – spanning Display, Programmatic, Mobile, Paid Search, Shopping, YouTube, GDN, Amazon, and Paid Social. The remit of the new role includes defining the direction, development, and ambition of ROAST’s performance capabilities while ensuring every channel works seamlessly together to drive measurable growth for clients.
