Talent Tracker: Adform, the IPA, Jungle Creations and more

Adform appoints Daniel Neuhaus and promotes Stefan Sommer

Adform has appointed Daniel Neuhaus as Senior Vice President and Regional President for the DACH region and promoted Stefan Sommer to Chief Growth Officer. Both will report to Chief Operating Officer Oliver Whitten and join the company’s senior leadership team.

Neuhaus joins from senior roles including mrge and Axel Springer, having also co-founded emetriq and xplosion. Based in Hamburg, he will oversee Adform’s operations across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, including subsidiary Splicky.

Sommer, who has spent 10 years with Adform, moves from leading the DACH region and Global Sales & Partnerships to become Chief Growth Officer. He will take responsibility for global partnerships, business development across media, data and technology, agency and client relationships, and the commercial aspects of the company’s corporate development activities.

IPA appoints Richard Casofsky as Director of Public Affairs

IPA has appointed Richard Casofsky as Director of Public Affairs, succeeding Richard Lindsay, who is retiring from the organisation. Casofsky took up the role on 1 July.

He joins from L’Oréal, where he was Public Affairs Director, following previous public affairs and corporate affairs roles with McDonald’s, Sainsbury’s and Heineken. At the IPA he will lead the organisation’s public affairs programme, monitor policy and regulatory developments affecting advertising, represent members’ interests with government and regulators, and strengthen relationships with political and industry stakeholders.

Jungle appoints Jules Peysson as Strategy Director

Jungle Creations has appointed Jules Peysson as Strategy Director as it expands its strategy team.

Peysson joins from Hello, part of We Are Social, where he was Strategy Lead overseeing global strategy for TikTok. Reporting to Chief Growth Officer Jade Raad, he will work across Jungle’s client portfolio, helping develop strategy spanning social media, influencer marketing, creative activity and emerging technologies, while supporting the agency’s strategic planning for clients.

Nteractive appoints Kyle Zegan to business development role

Nteractive has appointed Kyle Zegan as Senior Manager of Business Development. Based in Florida, he will support the agency’s growth across the UK, US and Asia-Pacific markets.

Zegan joins with experience from INXPO, West Corporation (Notified), Questex, Tenzing One and Stova. His responsibilities include expanding the agency’s prospective client base, building senior client relationships, representing the business at industry events and supporting new business development activities.

Komerz appoints Shahid Sadiq as Group CFO

Komerz has appointed Shahid Sadiq as Group Chief Financial Officer. He joins from WPP, where he was Global CFO of WPP Specialist Communications and PR.

A chartered accountant with around 20 years’ experience in marketing communications, Sadiq has also held senior finance roles at Geometry Global and McCann Worldgroup EMEA. At Komerz he will oversee group finance, capital allocation, investment strategy, fundraising, governance, performance management and investor relations while supporting the company’s international expansion and acquisition programme.

Audion appoints Liora Fox as EMEA Sales Director

Audion has appointed Liora Fox as Director of Sales for the EMEA region in a newly created role.

Fox joins from Ogury, where she was Business Lead, having previously worked in cross-channel media buying at Wavemaker and Maxus Global. She will lead Audion’s commercial growth strategy across Europe, oversee expansion of the company’s advertising technology and audio products, develop strategic partnerships with brands and agencies, and support new publisher relationships.

Five9 strengthens executive leadership team

Five9 has announced three senior executive appointments: Niranjan Vijayaragavan as Chief Technology Officer, Rob Hornish as Chief Sales Officer and Sven Linsmaier as Executive Vice President, Transformation and Strategy. All appointments took effect on 29 June.

Vijayaragavan joins from Nintex and will oversee product engineering, product management, AI automation and architecture. Hornish, formerly Chief Sales Officer at Redaptive, will lead Five9’s global sales organisation and go-to-market activities. Linsmaier joins from Workday to lead enterprise strategy, corporate development and company-wide transformation initiatives.
