Neverland launches agency pay transparency pledge
Neverland has launched “Equal for Equals”, an industry pledge aimed at improving pay transparency across UK agencies.
The pledge sets out six principles covering role definitions, salary transparency, promotion criteria, pay reviews for new hires, employee challenge procedures and annual reviews of pay practices. Agencies are invited to adopt the framework voluntarily.
The initiative was developed after Neverland reviewed its own gender and ethnicity pay data and concluded that greater transparency around pay decisions could benefit employees more broadly. The agency is encouraging other agencies to sign up to the scheme.
Carat UK creates VisitScotland campaign in Boston
Carat UK has detailed a campaign developed for VisitScotland to coincide with Scotland’s participation in the 2026 international football tournament.
The campaign transformed locations across Boston with tartan-themed taxis, out-of-home advertising, social media, radio activity and experiential marketing to encourage North American tourism to Scotland.
The wider dentsu network supported the campaign with additional outdoor advertising across the city.
Footballco acquires controlling stake in Starting Eleven
Footballco has acquired a controlling stake in Los Angeles-based creative and production agency Starting Eleven.
The acquisition expands Footballco’s production services for brands and rights holders, marking its first investment in an agency business rather than a media brand.
Starting Eleven will continue producing football content for commercial clients, rights holders and governing bodies while becoming part of Footballco’s wider production and media offering.
Stonechat Digital rebrands as Grid53
North West digital agency Grid53 has rebranded from Stonechat Digital as it focuses exclusively on the UK energy sector.
The agency will specialise in digital marketing, data, partnership and platform services for energy suppliers, comparison websites, renewable energy installers and energy technology companies.
Grid53 said the repositioning reflects its existing client base, which includes organisations such as British Gas, Which? and E.ON Next, and its focus on supporting businesses operating in the energy market.
R&Co Communications wins new SEO accounts
R&Co Communications has secured three new SEO clients and expanded work with two existing accounts during the first half of 2026.
New clients include H3 Health, Hatfield Wick Education and the England Illegal Money Lending Team, while the agency has renewed its SEO contract with Speranta Shelter and expanded its work for logistics company IPP.
The agency said the additional work spans SEO, PR, social media and website optimisation services.
THG Studios creates first TV campaign for Squashies
THG Studios has produced the first television advertising campaign for Swizzels‘ Squashies confectionery brand.
The advert, “See the Squashies Side of Life”, adapts a creative platform previously used across social media, following characters whose serious outlook is transformed through the campaign’s “squash” concept.
THG Studios handled production, visual effects and post-production, with the campaign developed to comply with UK HFSS advertising rules and scheduled across appropriate broadcast slots.
Dragon Rouge develops refreshed Michael Page brand
Michael Page has introduced a new global brand identity, bringing its recruitment services under the Michael Page name.
The rebrand was developed in partnership with brand consultancy Dragon Rouge and includes a refreshed logo, typography, colour palette and design system for use across digital platforms and marketing communications.
The updated identity will be introduced across Michael Page’s global operations over the coming months.
TBWA\MCR launches London Eye campaign
TBWA\MCR has launched a campaign for Merlin Entertainments promoting the London Eye.
Built around the line “You Haven’t Seen London Until You’ve Seen It Through London’s Eye”, the campaign focuses on the visitor experience rather than the attraction itself by depicting a single observation pod above the London skyline.
The campaign is running across digital out-of-home, broadcast video-on-demand, online video, social media and digital display, with media buying handled by OMD.
Ascend Studio wins Barts Life Sciences branding brief
Ascend Studio has been appointed to develop the brand strategy and visual identity for the Barts Life Sciences Cluster, a health innovation district planned for Whitechapel, London.
The agency will deliver brand positioning, visual identity and creative direction for communications aimed at investors, occupiers, public audiences and policymakers.
The project forms part of the development of the life sciences cluster centred on The Royal London Hospital and Barts Health NHS Trust.
Krow Group creates travel insurance campaign for Post Office
krow Group has developed a new advertising campaign for Post Office Travel Insurance.
The “Holiday You” campaign is based on research suggesting travellers are more likely to take risks while on holiday and contrasts behaviour at home with behaviour abroad to promote travel insurance.
The integrated campaign is running across radio and digital radio, with additional activity planned across video-on-demand, print, online video, digital display and Meta platforms. Media planning is handled by Carat.
