AML Group has announced the appointment of Philippe Crump as Head of Content. Crump joins from the Omnicom content marketing agency, Specialist, where he led the set-up and operation of global content newsrooms and content marketing programs for brands such as Zurich Insurance, Siemens and SITA For Aircraft.

Panaseer has appointed a new CEO to focus on the international growth of the emerging CCM security category. Jonathan Gill succeeds Nik Whitfield, founder of Panaseer, who will now take on the role of Chairman and maintain an active role in the company as Chief Seer. Gill has been successfully scaling security businesses since 1994. He has a proven track record in both leadership and sales, with previous roles including VP EMEA at RSA Security, EVP of Global Sales for Veracode and GM EMEA for Talend.

Independent media management consultancy Ebiquity plc has announced the appointment of Stewart Li to the role of Managing Director of China. Li brings over 30 years of experience in Media Management, MarTech/AdTech and has a proven track record in delivering P&L, innovating business strategy, and developing new businesses. Li has also developed practical SaaS knowledge of DMP/CDP, precision and programmatic solutions at Dentsu Digital and DeepZero iPinyou. During an extensive career, Li has held management positions at DeepZero iPinYou, where he transformed the company from AdTech to MarTech; Dentsu Digital, GroupM China, Zenith Shanghai, and Carat Hong Kong.

Kura, the education and corporate transport management platform, has appointed a new sales and marketing director as it continues its mission to reduce car use and create safer, greener journeys. Glen Hyde has been brought on board to lead Kura’s ongoing sales and marketing function. Hyde brings almost a decade’s experience in senior roles across the education and technology sectors, having built, developed and led teams for major businesses in these industries.

Commvault has announced the appointment of John Tavares as Vice President, Global Channel and Alliances. In his new role, Tavares will be responsible for overseeing the growth of Commvault’s Global Partner Organisation and strengthening the company’s relationships with partners worldwide. Tavares joins Commvault from Dell EMC, where he worked in a variety of sales leadership roles, first for EMC and continuing through the merger with Dell, for the last 25 years.

Hootsuite has announced the appointment of Melissa Murray Bailey as Senior Vice President, Global Sales. Bailey joined Hootsuite most recently from LinkedIn where she was Head of Sales for North America Talent Brand and Hiring Solutions. She has a successful track record scaling organizations and leading international regions across APAC, India, LATAM, North America, and Australia, for industry leaders such as Universum Global, The Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner) and Accenture.
