Why did you join the Women in Programmatic network and what do you hope to get out of it?
I’ve joined to make new contacts and friends and also to learn about how publishers manage their programmatic strategy.

It’s a mans’ world!
What does the industry need to do to champion women in the programmatic industry better?
The adtech industry is very male led, diversity and inclusion at a higher level needs to change along with more women at C-level outside of HR!
What are the biggest challenges, and opportunities overall for programmatic advertising this year?
This is what I’d like to learn more about.. I know that agencies are struggling with the heavy lifting of delivering campaigns and setting up the operations (set-up, optimisation etc.) around setting up PMPs.
What is your biggest achievement in programmatic to date?
Coming from the world of in-app and seeing the move from waterfall to header and migrating app developers to a unified auction was super interesting and insightful.
