Mirakl acquires adtech company Adspert

Mirakl, a provider of ecommerce software solutions, has acquired Adspert, an adtech company. The acquisition underscores Mirakl’s commitment to enhancing its Retail Media offering, empowering brands and sellers to optimise their advertising impact. 

The acquisition will strengthen Mirakl’s leadership in Retail Media—one of the most important and fastest-growing areas in online retail, and underlines its market position as a full-service ecommerce provider. Adspert’s innovative technology enhances Mirakl’s solutions for sellers, enabling them to capitalise on AI-driven Ads Optimisation software and driving accelerated growth across Mirakl-powered platforms and beyond, including marketplaces like Amazon and eBay. More channels will be integrated over time.
