Ajoy Nath joins Bauer Media Outdoor as DSP Partnership Manager
Bauer Media Outdoor has appointed Ajoy Nath as DSP Partnership Manager within its business development team. Reporting to Charmaine Tavassoly, Business Development Lead, Europe, Nath will be responsible for managing the company’s strategic relationships with demand-side platforms (DSPs), supporting commercial growth and expanding its programmatic digital out-of-home business.
Nath joins from Mumsnet, where he worked in programmatic monetisation and data partnerships. Before that, he was Senior Buyer Development Partner at Yahoo. His remit includes developing relationships with omnichannel and specialist out-of-home DSPs, while Zoe Risbridger-Smith will focus on agency partnerships as part of the company’s dedicated programmatic business development function.
Bebhinne Jennings joins AgencyUK as Graphic Designer
AgencyUK has appointed Bebhinne Jennings as Graphic Designer to strengthen its creative team, particularly its work for healthcare and biotechnology clients.
Jennings trained at Shillington before working as a Prosthetist and Orthotist within the NHS, where she designed custom prosthetic devices. She has also worked on projects including the McCain Institute’s Sedona Forum. Reporting to Art Director Liam Edwards, she will support the agency’s creative output across its client portfolio.
Eric Hoover joins Journey Further as Senior Director of Organic Strategy
Journey Further has appointed Eric Hoover as Senior Director of Organic Strategy, based in the agency’s New York office.
Hoover has more than 17 years’ experience in search marketing, AI-focused web strategy and content optimisation. He joins from Jellyfish, where he was SEO Director for the Americas, having previously held senior search roles at LG Electronics, Havas Media Group and Omnicom Media.
At Journey Further, Hoover will lead the agency’s organic strategy across SEO, generative engine optimisation (GEO) and content for clients including Clarks, Bitly and Tosca Ltd, while supporting the agency’s growth in the US market.
Pedro Rosa and May Leen Wong join Saatchi & Saatchi Health London leadership team
Saatchi & Saatchi Health has appointed Pedro Rosa as Executive Creative Director and May Leen Wong as Head of Strategy. Both join the agency’s senior leadership team and will report to Group Managing Director Katie McMorran.
Rosa joins from VML, having previously held creative roles at Grey London, Mother and AlmapBBDO. As Executive Creative Director, he will oversee the agency’s creative vision, output and culture.
Wong joins from Havas Health, where she was EVP, Executive Strategy Director. She brings more than 20 years’ experience across healthcare, consumer and wellness brands and will lead the agency’s strategic function.
Working together, Rosa and Wong will oversee the agency’s creative and strategic direction while partnering with clients and internal teams on campaign development and business growth.
Jen McLevey joins Barb as Head of Strategic Developments
Barb has appointed Jen McLevey to the newly created role of Head of Strategic Developments.
McLevey joins from TRP Research, where she spent 11 years, most recently as Associate Director. During her time there she managed a range of audience measurement projects, including the development of metadata and monitoring service TRP Helix, working with broadcasters, regulators, production companies and advertising agencies.
Reporting to Chief Executive Caroline Davey, McLevey will oversee the delivery of Barb’s strategic and operational projects, ensuring they meet industry expectations and contractual commitments. She will also act as a link between Barb’s stakeholders and research contractors.
Maintel announces board changes
Maintel has announced a series of board changes, including the appointment of Craig Eadie as Non-Executive Chair.
Eadie will join the board on 31 July and succeed Stephen Beynon as Non-Executive Chair on 7 August following Beynon’s retirement. A former commercial solicitor and law firm partner, Eadie currently serves as non-executive chair of a payments company and advises a private equity group operating in the UK and Middle East.
The company has also appointed founder John Spens as Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair with immediate effect, marking his return to the board after previously stepping down before the company’s flotation. In addition, Bob Beveridge will retire as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee on 31 July, with current Non-Executive Director William Ginn assuming responsibility for the committee.
Leadership promotions at Barrows Connected Store
Barrows Connected Store has promoted Tim Bagwell to Chief Technology Officer as part of changes to its technology leadership team.
Previously Chief Product & Data Officer, Bagwell will now lead the company’s global technology strategy, overseeing engineering, platform architecture, artificial intelligence, data and product innovation. He has almost 20 years’ experience in retail media, advertising technology and digital commerce.
The company has also expanded the responsibilities of two existing executives. James Stokes becomes Global Head of Engineering, taking responsibility for platform architecture, infrastructure and integrations, while Jonathan Kellerman has been appointed Global Head of Product, leading product strategy across the ConnectOS platform, hardware, software and measurement solutions.
Phonetic appoints two new shareholders
Phonetic Digital has strengthened its leadership team with the appointments of Bethanie Durham as Digital Director and shareholder, and Matthew Bryson as Technical Director and shareholder.
Durham joins with 13 years’ agency experience and will lead the company’s marketing function, overseeing digital strategy, service development and client delivery. She has previously worked with brands including HelloFresh, Ralph Lauren and The White Company.
Bryson, who has been with Phonetic Digital since the business was founded, has been appointed Technical Director. He will continue to lead the agency’s technical strategy, website development, data and analytics services while joining the shareholder group.
