Talent Tracker: IAB UK, PMG and Fuse

With retail media, creator marketing and TV+ all increasingly attractive options for advertisers, IAB UK has appointed channel-specific experts to develop the standards needed to underpin long-term growth and to enhance the buy-side’s understanding of how to leverage each within a content-centric media landscape. Both Olivia McCullagh (Retail Media Lead) and Connie Hawker (TV+ and Creators Lead) are focused on bringing IAB UK members together across their respective fields to facilitate collaboration, develop shared frameworks and define best practice. McCullagh joins IAB UK from Tesco Media & Insight Platform, where she was most recently Senior Client Partner on the MondelÄ“z UK account. Meanwhile, Hawker most recently led the IAB’s Membership team – heading up a number of the IAB’s cross-industry working groups – giving her a unique perspective on where creator marketing and TV+ currently sit within the marketing mix and how to maximise their potential. In another significant appointment, IAB UK has recently hired Alex Kozloff in the newly created role of Director of Industry Relations. Kozloff is responsible for building and enhancing influential partnerships with other industry bodies – both in the UK and internationally – with the aim of shaping cross-industry initiatives that ensure digital advertising continues to grow responsibly. She brings with her a wealth of experience from across the industry, including as SVP of Member Engagement at the 4As, as well as eight years spent at IAB UK between 2010 and 2018, most recently as Chief Operating Officer.

PMG, a global independent marketing services and technology company, has appointed Matt Dailey to the newly created role of head of analytics & measurement, EMEA, as the business continues its steep growth trajectory in the region. Dailey brings over 20 years of industry experience to his new post, having held senior leadership roles including chief performance officer at Havas Media Group. In his new role, Dailey will take the strategic lead on measurement and effectiveness in EMEA, working across PMG’s client base, which includes BYD, Apple and Tory Burch. Based in London, Dailey will oversee a growing team of experts, focused on translating data into meaningful business strategies,  and report directly to Dayle Magill, VP client operations & data services.

Fuse, the global sport and entertainment marketing agency, has announced the expansion of its strategy team, marking a pivotal moment in the agency’s continued growth. The team will be headed up by Tom Wild, joining Fuse as its new Head of Strategy. Wild will oversee the team and work closely with other areas of the business to bring its holistic vision of strategy to life. Wild has fourteen years’ experience in the sponsorship and media world, previously leading strategy for Publicis Sport & Entertainment across clients such as TikTok, JPMorgan Chase, ABInBev and Samsung UK.  Alongside Wild, Fuse has also appointed two new Strategy Directors, Neil Sura and Will Mason. Sura was previously the Group Strategy Director, APAC at Octagon, while Mason joins from Wasserman.
