ROAST hires digital PR lead for AI search strategy

ROAST has appointed Nicole Palmieri as Head of Digital PR. She joins from Rise at Seven, where she was Head of International PR and managed international strategies for brands including Sixt, Wayfair and SharkNinja.

Palmieri will lead ROAST’s Digital PR department, focusing on generative engine optimisation (GEO) and the use of AI tools in digital PR campaigns. She will work with the agency’s innovation team to integrate digital PR with SEO, paid media and social listening activity.

HiBob appoints vice president of brand

HiBob has appointed Yael Klass as Vice President of Brand. Klass previously led corporate marketing at Similarweb and has also held senior marketing and brand roles at Promo.com and Wix.

Based in Tel Aviv, Klass will oversee brand strategy and positioning as HiBob expands its focus on AI and the future of work. Her remit includes strengthening the company’s market presence and developing its corporate narrative around workforce transformation.

dunnhumby names new chief executive

dunnhumby has appointed Jamie Samaha as Chief Executive Officer, effective from 20 July, succeeding Josh Bottomley.

Samaha joins from commerce media and customer engagement business Reward, where he served as CEO. He has also held senior roles at Prezzee and Mastercard, specialising in customer intelligence, loyalty, media and consumer engagement.

In his new role, Samaha will oversee the company’s next phase of growth, with a focus on supporting retailers and brands through data and customer insight services.

Raptor promotes Molly Chappin to board

Youth marketing agency Raptor has promoted Group Account Director Molly Chappin to its Board of Directors.

Chappin joined the agency in 2021 and has since progressed through a series of client services roles. She currently oversees innovation projects, international growth activity and key client relationships including Jägermeister, Tinder, Airbnb and PepsiCo.

As a board member, Chappin will contribute to agency strategy, talent development and culture, while continuing to lead client services and resourcing.

Raptor has also expanded its leadership team with several senior appointments. Leah Lusted, formerly Product Director at Elevate, has joined as Head of Product, while former W Communications Creative Director John Wilkinson has been appointed Creative Director. Emily Lowes is leading the agency’s North American expansion efforts, and Amy Weisberg continues to oversee the new business team as Chief Revenue Officer following her move from Manchester United Football Club last year.

Avion Express appoints new chief executive

Avion Express has appointed Vytenis Suklys as Chief Executive Officer, effective from 1 June. He succeeds Darius Kajokas, who led the company for more than eight years.

Suklys previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Avion Express and has experience in airline operations and financial management, as well as in the logistics sector.

As CEO, he will focus on operational performance and international expansion as the company continues to grow its ACMI operations, including its business in Brazil.

TeamViewer hires chief marketing officer

TeamViewer has appointed Peter Ruchatz as Chief Marketing Officer, effective from September 2026.

Ruchatz joins the company’s senior leadership team with more than 20 years of software marketing experience. He has previously held senior marketing positions at Veeam Software, Celonis, Thinkproject, Salesforce and Microsoft.

He will lead TeamViewer’s global marketing organisation, overseeing brand, product marketing, demand generation, channel marketing and pricing.

Found strengthens senior leadership with a triplicate of new hires

Digital performance agency Found has strengthened its senior leadership across organic, paid social, and creative with three new appointments across organic, paid social, and creative. 

Sam Hailstone joins the agency in the role of Director of Organic, having previously served in the same role at Brave Bison. Hailstone brings nearly 20 years of experience from senior roles at YOOX NET-A-PORTER Group and OMD. Ollie Caswell is stepping into the role of Head of Paid Social, following more than three years at iProspect. Naresh Subhash joins the business as Creative Director, bringing with him 20 years of agency experience as a digital-first, social-led creative leader. 

Kao Data announces Spencer Lamb will take up the role of CEO

Kao Data, a specialist developer and operator of data centres engineered for AI and advanced computing, has announced the appointment of Spencer Lamb as its Chief Executive Officer.

With more than 20 years’ experience within the international data centre industry, and having joined Kao Data in January 2020, Spencer steps up from his previous role as Managing Director and CCO, taking the helm alongside Founder and Executive Chair David Bloom.

As CEO, Spencer will lead day-to-day operational leadership and growth across Kao Data’s expanding UK platform, driving the continued development of its AI-ready data centre capacity and ensuring the company’s design and delivery model keeps pace with the rapidly changing demands of AI and high-density compute.
