Sky Media hires Greg Brooks as Head of Marketing to set new strategic direction
Sky’s advertising arm, Sky Media, has appointed ex-Mindshare Chief Marketing and Culture Officer Greg Brooks as its new Head of Marketing.
Brooks joins Sky Media from SharpEnd, where he also served as Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer. Prior to this, he spent more than a decade at Mindshare, where he held the role of Global Chief Marketing and Culture Officer and sat on the agency’s Global Executive Committee. He also served as Director of the Festival of Media.
In his new role at Sky Media, Brooks will set the strategic direction, operating model, and priorities for Sky Media’s B2B marketing function in the UK.
B&Q appoints Amazon Ads veteran as Head of Retail Media
DIY retailer B&Q has taken the next step in its retail media ambitions with the appointment of Laura Karsunky as Head of Retail Media.
Prior to joining B&Q, Karsunky spent close to 10 years at Amazon Ads, having joined the company as Senior Sales Manager in 2015 and worked her way up to the role of Head of Global Growth Sales, UK. Following a career break to travel, she accepted a position at B&Q to direct its retail media efforts.
Karsunky has previously worked in commercial roles at TravelZoo, GroupM, and diva-e. She is set to play a key role in shaping the next phase of B&Q’s retail media offering, strengthening its commercial proposition and expanding its digital advertising and media capabilities.

M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment enhances leadership team
M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment has enhanced its leadership team with two senior moves: the promotion of Ross Watson to Managing Director for Sport UK and the appointment of UK CEO Laura Coller to the role of Global Chief Operating Officer, which she will hold alongside her existing responsibilities.
Watson, who has been with the agency for 12 years having joined as an account manager in 2014, oversees a portfolio of Sport clients including adidas, Heineken and Betway. As Coller expands her global responsibilities, he will drive day-to-day leadership of the UK business, continuing to lead the agency’s sport offering and helping clients unlock the commercial opportunities emerging across the rapidly-evolving landscape.
He will continue to report into Coller, who will continue to report into Global CEO Robin Clarke under the new structure.
Roxanne Becker is promoted to UK Publisher Director at Taboola
Roxanne Becker has been appointed to the role of UK Publisher Director at Taboola following more than 10 years at the company.
In her new role, Becker will be responsible for growing Taboola’s UK publisher portfolio, while leading relationships with its existing partners, such as Reach, The Independent, Future, JOE Media Group and Bauer Media. She will also be responsible for accelerating the rollout of DeeperDive, Taboola’s generative AI answer engine for publishers.
Becker previously held the role of Director of Account Management at Taboola, a capacity she had served in since 2023. She joined the organisation as Publisher Account Manager, Europe in 2016.
Thom Nowell joins Phizz as Marketing Director
Wellbeing brand and producer of effervescent tablets Phizz has brought Thom Nowell, formerly at Hunter & Gather, into its team as Marketing Director.
Nowell brings to the role more than 15 years’ experience leading brands and marketing across the sports, nutrition, lifestyle and performance sectors. Prior to his most recent tenure as Brand Director at Hunter & Gather, a position he held for just shy of 4 years, Nowell held roles at AXA, Nike, and Science at Sport Group.
At Phizz, Nowell is leading a team of 9, and will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy and driving the brand’s next chapter of growth, both in the UK and internationally.
Corsearch appoints Todd Morris as Chief Executive Officer
Brand protection and trademark solutions provider Corsearch has appointed Todd Morris as its new CEO.
The veteran technology and consumer executive brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience to the new role, having held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, served as Global President of Catalina, and served as CEO of Label Insight prior to its acquisition by NielsenIQ. Most recently, he held the role of CEO at AI-powered media and outcomes intelligence company InMarket.
Under Morris’ leadership, Corsearch will continue investing in AI-native innovations like Corsearch Zeal 2.0 and TrademarkNow, alongside proprietary data and expert-led services.
Tracksuit completes its executive leadership team
Brand tracking specialist Tracksuit has announced the completion of its executive leadership team on the heels of its acquisition of Hall, an AI visibility startup.
Over the past six months, Tracksuit has built out its team of leaders through a combination of strategic hires and internal promotions. Alongside Chief Executive Officer Connor Archbold, the team now consists of: Tom Mansfield as Chief Marketing Officer, Dan Fleming as Chief Operating Officer, Anne Dröge as Chief Product Officer, Cara Fonseca-Ensor as Chief Technology Officer, Hamish Mathieson as Chief Revenue Officer, and Samantha Gadd as Chief People Officer.
Kai Forsyth, the founder of Hall, has also taken up the role of Principal Product Manager at Tracksuit.
Miroma Founders Network makes two senior hires
Miroma Founders Network has appointed Guy Swadling as Head of Clients and Cameron Davies as Head of Communications Planning, a newly created role. Both will report to managing director Abigail Morrish York.
Swadling joins from Initiative (now Omnicom Media), where he was Head of Client & Commercial Growth after joining the agency as Group Director in 2022. He will be responsible for leading client relationships.
Davies joins from Wavemaker, where he was Planning Partner. In his new role, he will oversee communications planning, drawing on previous experience across Wavemaker, Hearts & Science, MediaCom and Zenith.
Greenpark appoints APAC managing director
Greenpark has appointed Caloy Sambrano as Managing Director, APAC, in a newly configured role reporting to CEO Sven Lung.
Sambrano joins from Ogilvy Philippines, where he was Managing Director. He has also held senior roles at Grey Philippines, Dentsu JaymeSyfu and BBDO China.
He will oversee Greenpark’s APAC client portfolio and lead the region’s new business and growth strategy, with responsibility for AI discoverability, creator intelligence and in-sourcing services.
